Si vous voyez sur un de vos documents GRENKE ne signer pas, ils sont malhonnête et une fois que vous avez payé et même si votre matériel ne fonctionne pas impossible de résilier, vous payez.
Et si vous vous êtes fait arnaquer comme moi, alors l’enfer commence.

Have been dealing with Ailsa at the Hemel Hempstead branch for a few years now and have nothing but praise for her and her lovely team ( Emma & Jeanette) They have always been professional and gone above and beyond to help us with our finance needs. The aftercare service is great too. I would highly recommend Grenke leasing .

Where do I start , these people are experienced Con Artists , the prey on small businesses and mislead them into signing extortionate contracts with extremely strict terms , they have 0 customer service skills and have no care for their customers. Once they have you in their clutches they will squeeze whatever else they can out of you.

I am now stuck paying for more than £22,000 for 2 tv screen which are worth no more than £1000 in total over a 3 year period which are completely useless. When you call Grenke they apparently only have 1 representative who can take complaints which in itself is ridiculous. So when you finally get to speak to this person Caroline you are met with Angry, rude , obnoxious attitude and she doesn’t even let you finish a sentence and then hangs up.

They really do not care about the customer and their are hundreds of other people this has happened to. Clearly ruthless criminals in suits.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND KICK YOU WHILST YOUR DOWN.

Dårligste oplevelse i mit liv og grunden til at jeg aldrig nogensinde ville lease et produkt igen. Grenke leasing kørte mig rundt i flere måneder da jeg ville overdrage en leaset maskine til andenpart. Til at starte med ønskede de at jeg sendte relevante dokumenter hvilket jeg gjorde med det samme. De lovede at det sagtens kunne lade sig gøre, flere måneder efter får jeg en mail hvor de skriver at det nu er for sent og truer med at sende sagen til Lund Elmer Sandager og efterfølgende i retten. Selvom virksomheden blev overdraget til en anden som ønskede at hæfte for produktet, skete dette aldrig. Grenke Leasing sendte sagen i retten. Inden dette havde jeg allerede afleveret deres udstyr personligt, og til dags dato afdrager jeg på et produkt jeg ikke længere har haft brug af og afleveret siden 2015. Jeg betaler 500.- om måneden fordi at de valgte ikke at lade mig overdrage maskinen samt føltes det som at være gjort med vilje, fordi chefen hos Grenke forsikrede mig at det sagtens kunne lade sig gøre, og efterfølgende forsvinder og en anden overtager sagen som venter i flere måneder for at svare hvorefter de gøre dette. Ubehageligt og virkelig skræmmende service. Pas på derude. jeg hæfter stadig for wt produkt indtil 2028 som jeg ikke har og er afleveret siden 2015.

Company not to be trusted.
They prey on small business to milk them of every penny.
They are very poor at sending out correct paper work and in some cases they do not send all the paper work that is legally required to fulfill the so called contract.
They will claim other are at fault when actual the companies that they buy the leasing/hire agreements from and the media companies are the ones that they should be going to get there money from and not the innocent small business who are caught between them both. Why would a leasing company pay around £5,000 for a tv worth £500 to lease and hire back to small business and do record contract removing them from other companies who they know full well that are pay the customer as part of the contract to pay the leasing company. When the media company fail to pay us this makes the contract void

Extremely poor customer support. Spoke to a lady from collections who was very abrupt and rude. I could tell she has had many calls similar to the issues I'm having so she's decided to adopt an attitude from the start. Thi score.pany dies not care about the customer and the situation, they are only interested in receiving there payments.

Not willing at all to discuss anything other than that. Was absolutely shocked how rude she was and told her that I do not want to engage in a shouting match but talk to resolve any issues. Her response ' your in a contract so you pay'. She also accused me of being a liar!!
At no point was I abusive and I tried my best to be civilised

NE SIGNEZ JAMAIS DE CONTRAT AVEC CE TYPE DE SOCIÉTÉS

Clear involvement in miss selling contracts to small businesses that are told by reps are zero cost advertising contracts.
Why else would 700 businesses agree to buy a tv screen less than £1000 for £10000 .
They make every effort in their contract and telephone recordings to separate themselves from the marketing companies that mysteriously go bust.

The ripp off leasing company who conned the people selling £500 tv screen for £11000.00 and don’t want to know they are associate with view media and asset finance they bust one company and open different one to cone the people. Watch them don’t use this company

Grenke are great. Great at creating unethical contracts. Stay away from these people!!! They are involved with the Viewble Media Scam which conned businesses into hiring a Media Screen worth £687.97 but payments will cost £10764 over 3 years. Ethical and fair? Nope

A dishonest and corrupt company , a company like this should not be trusted as they are charging businesses a huge amount of money and using it for their own benefit . This is complete fraud and they are charging extra money to people so they can get out of their contract. Innocent people are being played.

I advise you to stay away unless you want to be stuck in a contract. Charging £10764 for a stupid screen. Absolutely ridiculous!
