I'm Gregg King, an independent SEO consultant who works only with UK law firms and solicitors. I don't run a general agency and I don't split my attention across a dozen industries. Legal is what I know, and helping solicitors get found by the right clients is all I do. I built this consultancy after watching too many firms hand their marketing to agencies that treated a legal practice like any other business, spending real money on traffic that never turned into instructions. Law firms don't need more visitors. They need the right enquiries: people actively searching for a conveyancing solicitor, a family lawyer, a personal injury claim, employment advice, wills and probate, or commercial and corporate support, ready to pick up the phone or fill in a form. That is what I focus on. My work covers the parts of SEO that actually move enquiries for solicitors: local SEO so your firm shows up when people search in your town or city, on-page and technical SEO so your site is fast, clean and easy for Google to understand, content that answers the questions clients ask before they instruct, and Google Business Profile optimisation so your listing works as hard as your website. I also spend a growing amount of time on AI visibility, sometimes called generative engine optimisation or answer engine optimisation. More of your future clients now start their search inside tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Gemini and Perplexity, and being recommended there is quickly becoming as important as ranking on page one. I help law firms show up in both places. Everything I recommend is built around how legal clients genuinely choose a firm, and everything respects the SRA rules that govern how solicitors can market themselves. No misleading claims, no tactics that put your practice or your regulator relationship at risk. When you work with me, you work with me directly, not a team of juniors learning on your budget. No jargon, no vanity metrics, no long tie-in contracts, and no reports full of numbers that don't mean anything. Just clear advice, honest reporting, and work you can measure against the outcomes that matter: enquiries, calls, consultations and new instructions. We gave Gregg a try and we think you should too

Gregg is best known for working with law firms and solicitors, so I wasn’t sure at first whether he would really understand the serviced apartments business.
He quickly proved that concern completely wrong.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, Gregg took the time to understand how our business actually works — how we generate enquiries, what drives bookings, who our customers are and what they are searching for. He then shaped his work around our business rather than trying to make our business fit a template.
He has also been a huge help with our Google Business Profile and wider SEO. He looked at how we could improve our visibility on Google, strengthen our profile and make sure our website and online presence were working together to attract the right customers. His approach is practical, commercially focused and always tied back to generating genuine enquiries and bookings, rather than simply chasing rankings for the sake of it.
What I’ve particularly appreciated is that Gregg takes the time to understand the business before making recommendations, and he explains things in a way that actually makes sense. He has brought a fresh perspective to our online presence and has helped us improve areas we simply wouldn’t have known to focus on ourselves.

I'll admit the "law firm guy" label follows me around, so I'm glad you took the chance anyway. To be fair, you made it easy: you know exactly how your bookings happen and you were open about all of it, which is half the battle in this work.

Really pleased the Google Business Profile and search work is showing up in actual enquiries rather than just numbers on a chart. Thanks again for taking the time to write this — it genuinely means a lot.
