Green People Arvostelua 

I made an order on Oct 5, and on Oct 30 they still didn't ship it so I had to cancel, now waiting for a full refund. Very disappointing.
The customer service said they will keep me updated on my order but never did without me pinging them.

I got some really nice shampoo and sun cream from here (although expensive) and would get them again. Very good quality and ingredients. The shampoo is a bit strange because it doesn't foam but leaves my hair really clean and healthier-feeling nonetheless. My wife says the sun cream takes longer to rub in but I found it OK.

I've used Green People sun products for last few years. It's expensive but I liked them and thought I was doing my bit. Unclear if they've changed the formula this year but the factor 30 is leaving big yellow stains on all our white cotton T Shirts and towels. I just cannot get it out. Additionally there is an odd marzipan fragrance. We have had to stop using and gone off to buy non eco till I get home and research another product. Will not use again.

Received a empty sealed box and poor communication via email.

Didn't receive my after sun product and just a free sample sachet. Raise the issue via email enquiring for a refund. However, they decided no refund and to just resend item. This then arrived after my holiday and slow response via email.

First time using 'Green people'

I haven't received any information about the delivery status for over three weeks and contacted customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I always received an AI response that a team is taking care of my order and that they will get back to me soon (what never happened). Ultimately, I had to cancel my order. At least the refund was processed quickly.

Conclusion: in my opinion, a company that is not able to make the processing status of the order transparent to the customer cannot be taken seriously. Never again!

Not received my order and can’t get through to an actual person it’s AI. New customer lost, I’ll get through PayPal to raise a dispute.

The products I've used are fine. But I emailed a query about points to correct email address- twice. No reply from either. This just comes across as rude and that there will be no support if needed. Thinking will take custom elsewhere.

I bought the Green People Suncream for the first time this year. My daughter (now 20) has suffered with either heat rash or prickly heat every time we've been away. She's tried all the generic, off the shelf, allergy lotions but would always end up suffering. Until this year. We're just back from 10 days in Cyprus where it is about 38°. She used Green People cream every day and I can absolutely confirm that she had no heat rash or prickly heat and had the best holiday. She had a big smile every day and has come back glowing. I wish I'd have discovered Green People ages ago and then wouldn't have had to see her suffer so much on every holiday over the years. I actually can't stop telling everyone about how fabulous Green People is!

Bit disappointed. The eye cream is ok but tge Facial SPF 15 was not good. Its very thick & you have to really massage it in the skin. I ended up with white bits all over my face. Very odd. Fortunately I tried the little tester tubes. Wint be buying again

I was really looking forward to trying this £47 cream, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The pump does not work properly – it’s full of air and only dispenses product occasionally after many pumps. On top of that, the 30ml tube looked and felt half empty right from the start.
I contacted customer service, hoping for a resolution, but was simply told the tube is fine and the pump might just have some air in it. That’s it – no real help, no replacement, no concern.
For such a high price, I expected both quality product and functional packaging. Sadly, this feels like a waste of money. I won’t be buying again and I wouldn’t recommend it unless the company seriously improves both the product and the packaging.

I am delighted with the outstanding products this company supplies, particularly the organic shampoo and sun cream.

The organic shampoo has transformed me and my families hair care routine, providing nourishment and a fresh clean feeling, without the harsh chemicals often found in conventional products.

Additionally, the sun cream has proven to be a superior choice for sun protection for my daughter. Its lightweight formula allows for easy application while effectively safeguarding my daughters sensitive skin.

I am happy to write a positive review for both products, as I believe they exemplify quality and sustainability.

I have been using Green People products since they first came onto the market - which is a long time! For most of those years, the products were fantastic. Over the past few years there has been a decline in quality and an increase in less than ideal ingredients when it comes to toxicity. Favourites like Help at Hand vanished from the market and I was advised this had been replaced with a gift set (of fancy hand creams) - very expensive if you just want it for every day use. I also received 2 products - face cream and sun cream last year which were a strange colour and had gone off! The final crunch came recently when I tried the tinted moisturiser which is supposed to be good for older people and is supposed to be like a foundation. All their 'age defy' products seem to promote a 'glow' and I think they must be of the opinion that those of us of a certain age must all have some kind of sallow, pasty wrinkled skin - I am 70 and have none of those and the last thing I need is bright shiny red glowing skin! but that is what I got! I ended up having to use hydrocortisone cream to calm it down. Original Green People products were simple, less ingredients, good for those with sensitive skin and fairly priced. Now the products contain hyped up ingredients, over marketed and over priced. Such a shame.

Absolutely great quality products. I admit they are a little pricey, but after ordering for the first time this year and using the products, I put in another order straight away. I use their mineral suncream spf 30 and also their age defy tinted moisturiser. This moisturiser is the best in the market; my skin feels so soft and hydrated at the end od the day, coverage is great (like a foundation) and lasts all day. Ditched all my other expensive makeup foundations for this and havent looked back. I like knowing I am not putting harsh chemicals on my skin and they are excellent quality. Recommend!

Nice clean products. The sun screens are expensive, so I only aim to purchase in the sales, but are so much kinder to my skin.

Most products are great for my sensitive skin, excema prone skin (including the Gentle Cleanse face wash, which is great!) but some don’t quite hit the mark considering their cost (the Day Solution moisturiser and the mascara in particular). Overall, I use Green People as my go-to for kind skincare

I love these products. The sun cream is particularly good and I actually get a proper tan too! I have never had a bad experience.

I’m updating this to note that I was eventually refunded, and I appreciate that. I’ve increased my rating slightly to reflect that resolution. However, I shouldn’t have had to fight so hard to get there.

I had an allergic reaction to this company’s product and contacted them immediately. Despite clear evidence and concern for my health, they initially refused to issue a refund simply because I was one day outside their return window. That kind of rigid policy—especially in a situation involving health and safety—is unacceptable. A responsible company should prioritize customer well-being over strict timelines.

To compare, I once had a similar issue with a Chanel product, and they refunded me without hesitation—even weeks later. That’s the level of customer care I expect.

While I appreciate that they replaced a lost package (which I’m also disputing with Royal Mail), the handling of my allergic reaction left a lasting negative impression. Though I did get my refund in the end, it was only after I mentioned this and said I’d begin a chargeback process with my bank. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Products are not bad, HOWEVER I was shocked when I received my sun screen and then loads of plastic rubbish inside the same carton box!!! They call themselves GREEN people and then send unnecessary amount of plastic? Not buying again.

When I started using this product my skin was in very bad condition: dehydrated, dry and very irritated. I generally have very sensitive and problematic skin so it is very difficult for me to choose the right products but this product did a great job without irritating my skin. I have only been using it for two weeks but it looks promising. Thank you.Xxx

SCENT FREE CALMING SERUM
First time I have changed from my usual brand of scent free serum and I was very worried that my extremely sensitive and reactive skin would break out or become irritated . It has not at all . I have been using it for over a week now and my skin feels calm and soft . This has been a great discovery for me and I would recommend anyone with reactive skin to try it .
