I gave “GREENPARTSTORE” 4 Stars.
The 4 stars was the person answering their 888 number was GREAT to work with.
I was not so great to work with, as I was pissed about an email I received from GPS about my order was the wrong part number for the my 2019 1023Es serial number, which I listed on the order under other info. due to the info on the site about the air filters.
The 1023E service kit and the only one you can order was app. $240.00, and it was for the up to SN 117,913.
In the information provide on the site indicated:
1023R up to SN 117,913 After SN 117,914 uses LVU34503 and LVU34504 air filters.
When speaking with the sales person, who was fantastic, I was informed the air filters for the kit I ordered, and the only one you can order, was different as seen in the site information.
That was the reason I included my 2019 1023E SN.
The Sales person said they had had problems like this before and the issue had been referred to their, “WEBMASTER”. Again, I order the product in December, which just about everyone in America has their credit cards in pain.
The sales person told me the company would issue a credit to my card the next day, due to their accounting being a day behind. Again, I express my displeasure in the fact I had to give GPS another $250.00 for the kit I needed. The sales person said she would OVERNIGHT my Kit which she did.
The lack of a 5 STAR was the company not updating their information on the web site when they know of an existing problem with that particular item.
I would recommend GPS to anyone, and I will use them again, BUT, I would say to call the company before placing any orders for any of their SERVICE KITS.
BTW: My credit card refund which I was told would be credited to my card would be next day, well I received an email from GPS the same day I spoke with the sales person and my card was credited the app. $240.00. That was nice!
