Greenleaf Property Arvostelua 

I have rented with Greenleaf since 2022 and from the start they have been the best landlord I have had in my history of renting. I feel appreciated as a tenant and feel they do all they can to provide a supportive service. They look after their properties well and all staff are welcoming in their communication.

my ex-Tenant (42 Carnation Road , ME22YQ) so i has been many year experience with Agency (Greenleaf and landlord) My honest complete so Agency was ok but his Manager has been attack to my Wife and children also very rude. i has evidence by recorder CCTV but he is not behavior like this Professional. This House (42 Carnation Road , ME22YQ) is very bad POOR and i has been many many Report about MOULD... they are not honest refresh paint etc... they will very DISPPOINT by WINTER coming... i have Report from Privat Inspection Paper.. all thing most FAILED MOULD. also i am very disappoint because my deposit everything lost. they keep alot change mind price. when we are leaving and give them Key. they was check first place and they told me only deep clean around £350 so i didn't received anything Money Deposit and while later i call them again. they charger me alot alot money (due tiles and carpet) and i have extra Money .. i has been paid to them 50% for damage and they make us FAKE... they looking cheap like VINGL and Carpet (replacement no longer Tiles and no longer laminate) WHAT.... i lose money Deposit and extra paid to them. wow...

my advise you no go there live new home and you will very disappoint when coming Winter.. there are worse MOULD overall Home. i have evidence Picture and Report. if Greenleaf stop me and delete so i will next step other way and put Picture and report to Public. why i am angry as i lost deposit and extra money. they are not honest with us. they spend cheaper from my money. if they money back to us and i will this report remove off... i am nothing worried with you as i have alot Evidence Picture and Report. New Tenant will be shocked until i want money back from deposit and extra Money then i will delete this information...

I sold my house through greenleaf. I could not have asked for a better service. Lots of hiccups on the way. All were sorted out by Joe and Chris who went above and beyond to help even doing the other estate agents job for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I will miss their regular calls .

When we found a house we wanted to buy in North Wales, Chris and the team at Greenleaf did everything they could to ensure we sold our house within the time needed. At very short notice, Chris valued our house, took photos and details, and put it on their website and the internet immediately (despite having some time off the following week). They organised all the viewings while we were away, resulting in a sale. Thank you to all the team for their professional but friendly approach.

I have to say greenleaf Rochester were brilliant in the purchase of my house, even though they wasn't who I was selling with, the was part of the chain who I was buying from, but the work they did behind the scenes chasing up was brilliant, far far better then the company I used! If only I'd had known! Amanda and Chris was fantastic, getting things done and chasing up, in such circumstances where things was a little complicated but constantly keeping me informed! Fantastic service! do your self's a favour don't sell through these so called big high Street chains! There all the same... Rip offs!...Really wish I had used a decent estate agents like these guys to sell,it's really opened up my eyes! however should I decide I'm the future to sell up I know who I will be using! Well done and a massive thanks to greenleaf Rochester!

The WORST mould I have ever seen in all my life. I initially decided to hold back on a negative review when I first moved in because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and time to fix the issue. Month after month I was ignored and directed to different members of staff within Greenleaf every time I called. I left several maintenance reports on the portal I was instructed to use anytime there was an issue with the property. each and every one of my maintenance issues was ignored. The landlord came in one day and scraped off all the mould with a paint scraper and left the walls exposed to the brick!!! 6 months later its not been fixed and I am having health issues with my breathing and guess what? The house was AUCTIONED off without Greenleaf informing me that they are no longer my agents! Now I am being told " There's nothing we can do as we are no longer letting your property to you, please contact your new landlord " TYPICAL!!! but for 6 months whilst I complained you were my agents and you did NOTHING! Therefore I will be taking you to court suing for damages to my items and stress. stay away from this company and DO NOT believe a word Chris, Nicole, Sue or Amelia tell you they are bunch of rogue agents who only have their best interest at heart not their tenants

I leased a property from Greenleaf for just over 2 years, from start to finish their staff have always been on-hand to ensure that any enquiry I had was quickly resolved and I was given lots of time to renew contracts, schedule inspections etc. Unfortunately I had to move out as the landlord needed their property back - this was a stress-free process as I was given plenty of notice despite leaving much earlier than my contract intended.

Greenleaf were very helpful with maintenance issues and responding satisfactorily to all my queries. Whilst I did not experience issues that other reviewers are bringing up, on the rare occasion I was not informed about some inspections, and a gas man turned up one day to service the boiler without being told in advance that it was scheduled. Occasionally staff were too casual during some phone calls and contract renewals - but these are just extremely minor however honest points which ultimately should assist your decision whether Greenleaf is an acceptable agent for your standards as a landlord or a tenant.

For me Greenleaf were a good, decently priced agent with minimal fees and made me feel comfortable throughout my tenancy with them, no hassle getting my deposit back and check out completed without any hidden fees.
