GreenGenUK Arvostelua

Quick and excellent work from Cameron and Treeve to install our car charger. Friendly and professional in equal measure.

This review primarily covers the onsite install of panels and battery, however worth mentioning that from initial contact working with GreenGenUk has been very easy/straight forward and have found the whole team very friendly and helpful (with no "hard sell" at any time):
I spent a LOT of time going back and forth with the sales team (mainly Cameron 👍) who were always happy to answer Q's and refine requirements/produce revised quotes.
Having given the go ahead for the install work, the whole process went really smoothly.
Liam arrived first week to fit the brackets and panels. Raised an issue with the original number of panels specc'd, and once new plan was agreed carried the work out with minimal fuss/disruption.
Week 2 (slight pause in the work due to new battery availability) Max E, Treeve and Ben B were onsite to install battery, connect panels and initiate the system. All 3 were really approachable and happy to answer Q's, explain what they were doing and seek clarification when something wasn't 100% clear in the original plan.
On system startup, helped configure accounts/apps used to monitor solar production/storage.
Overall, really pleased with the install operation and recommend approaching GreenGenUk if considering any renewables for your home.

Have had solar panels and more recently an air source heat pump installed by Greengen. Very pleased with the outcome; Ben, Bailey, Cameron, Lee and Dale did a splendid job. Much appreciated.

Greengen engineers Jaek E, Trevenson, Jordan and Fiona came to fit our solar system they were Polite; efficient; Professional.
Great Job!

We have had our roof solar panels installed today - in 2 days, by Jake E, Ian and Orley, the team were so helpful and really polite the whole time they were here. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure the panels were installed quickly with minimal disruption.

We can't think how the installation of our air-source heatpump could have gone better! Jack and (apprentice) Ashley made a very neat job of the plumbing. And Jordan with Fionn likewise with the electrics. And they were all nice to have around.
Based on our experience, we do highly recommend GreenGen.

Solar panel upgrade completed successfully with ease and Max E and Ian C tidy and polite.

Fast, professional service from the initial enquiry to the installation. The guys that installed the charger were great. Max E and Jordan were friendly and professional, they did a great job. We would definitely recommend this company to others in future. Thanks again!

Communication throughout very good, the engineers involved MORGAN and later BAILEY, were excellent workers a credit to their company, explaining the installation process throughout.

Jake and Dan are both great electricians. Any difficulties and complications were dealt with swiftly.
Thankyou

Really pleased with our recent heat pump installation from Greengen. Communication and quality of work was great throughout. Big thanks to Morgen for the quality and tidyness of the plumbing work, was really impressed with this. Thanks also to Shaun for the site meetings and sorting logistics. Would happily recommend to others. Thanks again!

Just had a Solar system fitted to a rental. This firm is so professional 👏. Interaction between myself and GreenGenUK was easy. A big thank you especially to Jordan, Finn and Kiran, you boys were great. Now for the air source system to be fitted in a few weeks time. Looking forward to working with you guys again. A BIG THANK YOU 😊.

Great customer service. Matt was friendly and very efficient and did the job to an excellent standard Would definitely recommend him

Excellent service from start to finish, professional, efficient and tidy.
All three of the Engineers were polite and respectful, Thanks Max E. Fionne & Ben B

I used GreenGen to install an AirSource Heatpump. Installation was completed by Jack and Isaac who were professional and accomodating. There was an issue with the Heatpump itself (i.e. some loose wiring), which was no fault of GreenGen, and caused a delay in the installation due to fault finding so I would recommend installing when you don't need the heating in case you face a similar issue. GreenGen were helpful and communicative throughout so I would recommend especially as they organise the claiming of the grant.

GreenGen are a great company they provide an excellent service. They communicate well. The engineers (Jordan, Simon and Ian) were brilliant. They were courteous efficient and very tidy. Thanks GreeGen n

After having a serious pigeon problem with them nesting under my solar panels, GREENGEN helped solve the problem by removing panels so I could clean debris from birds then replacing them after and fitting a pigeon proof mesh to stop birds from attempting to nest again.
GREENGEN also fitted a brand new solar meter and battery with will help save me more money on my bills. The guys that did the work were amazing. Definitely recommend GREENGEN

Required a battery installed, quoted three options with pros and cons very helpful, surveyed a week later and installed a week after that, Jordan and Treeve carried out a nice neat installation and cleaned up after themselves, explained the system and how to use it and helped download the app, highly recommend.

From the 8th - 24th July I had an air source heat pump installed at my mums bungalow. Jack G and Archie the plumbers done a quality job and made sure everything was installed where we wanted it to be. Jordan and John the sparkies done a quality job with the electrics and explained everything thoroughly and how to work it. I would highly recommend the GreenGenUK team from start to finish.

We have recently had the GreenGenUK team install a Tesla Powerwall - completing the set of air-source heat pump and solar panels, which were installed last year - and we have been extremely pleased with the professional and friendly manner in which the installation was carried out. Our thanks go to the team of Adam, Fionn and Treeve: Great work guys.
