100 percent legit and would recommend to all

I can see why this shoe shop has been established for so long. I ordered my boots Friday evening and they arrived Sat morning. The boots are true to size and soft and comfortable. Beautiful and recommend to all. Smooth easy transaction all confirmed by email. Lots of payment options and email confirmations.
Super happy I took a chance on the gem of a discovery. Thank you Greens staff.

Very disappointed with service

Very disappointed with service. I ordered boots which were visibly faulty when I received them. They asked me to repackage and return them to their shipper, which I did on 26th September. They advised me the item was no longer in stock in my size and so they could not replace them. I got an email today, 7 working days later (8th October) to say they would refund me the cost of the order less the shipping costs. This is surprising and very unfair to have to pay the cost of them shipping me faulty goods. I did contact them and say this, but they still declined to refund the shipping costs. I won’t be ordering from them again.
