Greendot Money Loans sent me a loan approval for $2500 today. They enclosed a Jotform to fillout to do the deposit. This form ask for all your banking info, routing number, account number, but then it asks for your mobile banking info, user id and password. The email said I was dealing with Austin Smith 1 414 521-7146. I remember Austin from 3 months ago when he and Amara or whatever her name was did the same thing. But that time they hit about the same time of month as this one. Last time I foolishly filled out the info and they waited till I got my SSI deposit and took everything leaving me less than $3. They brought gift cards Game Stop $500 increments. PLEASE DON'T EVER GIVE YOUR MOBILE BANKING INFO THEY'LL SCREW YOU FOR DAYS. THEY GO IN MAKE FALSE CLAIMS TO YOUR BANK TRYING TO GET THEM TO REVERSE PAID ITEMS, MAKE FRAUDULENT DEPOSITS AND WHATEVER SO DON'T FALL FOR IT. NOONE SHOULD EVER ASK FOR YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD IT'S YOURS AND YOU SHOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO KNOW WHAT IS, I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU TRUST THEM DON'T FALL FOR IT. HEY GREENDOT YOU WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY?

If been trying to get $1900 of school funds that was fraudulently taken out my account by ex-partner who knows all my information when I didn't receive my go2bank debit card I contacted western governor university and they informed that the was already sent togo2bank so I contacted their customer service using my social it showed that $1900 was removed out of my account I immediately requested a freeze on the account and the balance mailed to me which took 9 months and no documentation to turn over to the authorities but repeatedly requested for a failed attempt of a police report due to no documentations but enformed Federal reserve regulators that they did send me documents and closed my case I'm trying to understand how in this day and time a bank who responsible for protecting consumers funds and federal reserve regulators close their investigation without any detailed information to tell me why I can't believe i have to take the $1900 as a lost as i dont know what else to do after about a year of disrespect, and denial .

Green dot is a ripoff i baught a card put 195 dollars and the unused card was already registered to someone else . I demanded my money back but an hour after i payed for this card. Green dot refuses to pay me back even with my receipt in hand. There telling me the money is not recoverable what a scam!!! Once they have your money then they hang up and told me i cannot even call the police. I lost 195 dollars!!!!

Scam scam scam this is the most scamming company worldwide an is robbing people in plan sight I am telling you now they take your money an control it give it to other companies an when you need your money they won’t give it to you I’m talking bout they cost me a lot in just minutes an I swear I will never go with them I hate I repeat I hate green dot they left me out to dry with my own money I swear I hope something really happens to them like they did me last night I needed my MY money they told me there having a problem I can’t I CANT GET MY MY MY MYMONEY how is that even possible an then they was about to close an they put me on hold until they did I was able to get in contact with nobody an my car was broke down in a state I’m not from an I didn’t know anybody with that being said my car got taken I got stranded somewhere I didn’t know an all I need was my money to get my car fixed an goin that all I have is a green dot an my car then Walmart an text me apps they give my money to an when I told them they told me wait til the pending is over an they sent me a new card but forgot why they sent it n I have to give them all the information they already have abuse they let them other companies take money out with no information please I ADVISED THE WORLD BOYCOTT GREENDOT @greendot

You can purchase the debit card at the local market and have it pre-loaded with a dollar amount as a gift card but actually activating the card for use is impossible since their website does not permit creating a login.
I am going to report them to the manager of the local market where the card was purchased.

Parents adoption doesn't offer a program some, are foster kids adoption they're very good!! An doesn't let you missed any mandatory intakes!! Greendot Moneypak cards are to unreliable to use for anything, and there no customer service at all,
I have lost 400 dollar on one of these cards 3 days ago and no one can tell me where my money is, but im allowed to file for a refund., thats their way of not dealing with issues. Isnt it strange that all these stores can take money from a account immediately, but a refund takes 4-7 business dayz.
They take your money and once they get it its impossible to talk tive rep

Greendot corp has failed the consumers in the United States of America as a financial institution state and federal agencies that monitors financial institutions here in our country should have suspended Greendot Corp. As a financial institution for their unprofessionalism business practices here in the United States of America or has regulators see Americans money protected irrelevant.
