Sam zakup w sklepie stacjonarnym w Galerii Krakowskiej przebiegł bez problemu. Sprzedawca był rzeczowy i pomógł dobrać odpowiedni powerbank.

Niestety po kilku miesiącach użytkowania urządzenie zaczęło wydawać niepokojące dźwięki przypominające „spawanie”, więc rozpocząłem proces reklamacji. Skontaktowałem się z BOK i zgodnie z wytycznymi z maila wypełniłem protokół reklamacyjny, podając pełne dane oraz dokładnie opisując problem.

Mimo to otrzymywałem pytania, na które odpowiedzi były już zawarte w formularzu reklamacyjnym, co świadczy o braku poszanowania własnych procedur. Gdy uprzejmie zwróciłem uwagę, że wszystkie informacje znajdują się w protokole, reklamacja została co prawda formalnie uznana, jednak usterki nie usunięto. Otrzymałem informację, że „serwis nie stwierdził wad, produkt działa poprawnie i nie należy się spodziewać nieprawidłowości” (tłum. wł.).

Co ciekawe, specjalista poprosił mnie ponownie o adres do wysyłki, mimo że był on już podany w formularzu. Komunikacja opierała się głównie na wiadomościach typu kopiuj–wklej, bez konkretów i bez trzymania się własnych zasad.

Dodatkowo podano błędny numer telefonu i nie dodano adresu e-mail do listu przewozowego, co znacznie utrudniło odbiór przesyłki i wydłużyło transport o ponad tydzień. Protokołu naprawy oczywiście nie otrzymałem.

Osobiście nie polecam. Jeśli firma nie potrafi rzetelnie zająć się problemem i nie przestrzega własnych procedur, to szkoda czasu — lepiej wybrać sprzęt innego producenta.

Ich habe ein Akku für eine Musikbox gekauft. Der Akku ist nach 6 Monaten defekt.
Keine Reaktion auf Reklationanfrage. Telefonisch ist der kundensupport nicht erreichbar. Hier wird einfach nur abkassiert ohne Rücksicht auf Qualität. Wenn was kaputt ist wird sich einfach nicht gemeldet.
Klar Empfehlung von mir hier nichts zu kaufen.

I bought a battery for my Acer Spin3. The original battery gave 8 hours. When it needed replacing, 2.5h. The Greencell battery lasted not even 3 hours.
Very poor quality. Bought it from conrad.ch, and will send it back.
I see a lot of one star reviews. Greencell should do something about that.

I bought a Green Cell HT03XL replacement battery for my HP laptop in April 2025.
After a short time, the battery started draining very quickly and caused serious system instability — frequent blue screens and even data corruption on my hard drive.

After switching back to the original HP battery, everything worked fine again.
Sadly, this product damaged my system and cost me a lot of time.
I also noticed that the original Amazon product page has since been removed, which says a lot.

Not recommended — poor quality control.

Powerbank po roku używania stracil swoje właściwości. Ładuje sie w 5 min i rozładowuje sie jeszcze szybciej. Zgłaszałem mailowo ze prawdopodobnie kupiłem juz wadliwy produkt niestety nie poczuwają się do odpowiedzialności. Powerbanki odradzam lkzdrawja

Vorsicht. Greencell Support reagiert nicht und scheint nicht existent zu sein. Die deutsche Telefonnummer ist nicht erreichbar. Außer einer Ticketnummer die man bekommt passiert nichts. Mein Hyundai lädt mit dem Adapter nicht mehr. Bitte seid vorsichtig bevor ihr etwas von diesem Hersteller kauft.

Nieuwe green cell batterij voor Lenovo laptop werkt niet. Blijkbaar wordt tijdens het opstarten door de BIOS gecontroleerd of deze batterij een originele Lenovo batterij is en indien niet wordt het opstarten geblokkeerd. Opstart via adapter / stroomnet zonder batterij lukt wel.

Acquistato a dicembre 2024 Micropower 2000(2000 VA-1200 W), alla prima mancanza rete(agosto 2025) smette di funzionare.Quando ricaricate le batterie, non va in servizio ed emette un sibilo continuo, probabilmente guasta l'elettronica.Possiedo, purtroppo, anche un Micropower 800 che, alla prima mancanza rete(usato solo per alimentare il router TIM) ha distrutto la batteria, come se non controllasse la soglia di scarica.Sto tentando di contattare l'assistenza ma non ho riscontro, sia via web che telefonica, il prodotto è ancora in garanzia....

Defekter E-Bike Akku geliefert. Hab ich eingeschickt und eine Ticketnummer bekommen. Danach ist der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar. Keine Antwort auf Mails. Niemand geht ans Telefon. Niemals wieder Greencell.

Bought a battery for my laptop (via eBay) from Green Cell on 30 Sept 24, by May 25 it had died! As it appeared to have a 12 month warranty I contacted Customer Services who palmed me off with an excuse about me not having an invoice even though I sent details of my eBay and PayPal transactions. I even sent photographs of the battery and the box it came as well as the posting bag which had their own company logo on it. The unhelpful company lady didn't want to know and after I sent 3 emails with varoius items of proof, she ignored me. So in my opinion this is a poor company, producing shoddy goods with NO Customer Service. They don't even deserve 1 star! Prospective future customers beware!

Perhaps this is no longer relevant. Perhaps the company has changed. So this review is for 2007. Why that date? Because that is the manufacture date of a toy I brought. Ironman interactive action figure to be precise. I brought it way back when for when my sister visited with her kiddos. Alas, that didn't happen, but other siblings had kids since then, and ironman served loyally all that time. Taking abuse and being loved by children who probably didn't understand the concept of respect for other peoples stuff.

Anyway. It finally died. 18 years later. And to my surprise, it wasn't the batteries that failed, but poor old ironman himself. I've always been in awe of its battery life. And now I'm sad that our local shops dont stock this brand. Because, damn, what a PR move. After that, I'd buy them and only them if they were aviliable commerically.

nach meinem Post vom 27.05.25 erreichte mich eine Mail der Firma Green Cell , in der mir angeboten wurde mein defektes Ladekabel bei Rücksendung an Green Cell und nach folgender Begutachtung den bezahlten Preis zurück zu erstatten, was auch geschehen ist . zugesagt war auch die Erstattung der Versandkosten - was nicht geschehen ist , trotzdem habe ich meine Bewertung auf drei Sterne hoch gesetzt

J'ai acheté très récemment deux batteries Greencell de remplacement pour drone DJI Mavic Pro. A la deuxième utilisation, alors qu'il me restait 39% de charge, j'ai reçu le message "Error battery" et la batterie a stoppé brutalement en vol, provoquant la chute et le bris du drone (irréparable). La batterie avait donc un défaut de fabrication qui aurait pu causer un accident et qui a anéanti mon drone.

Matériel de qualité et support avant-vente très efficace et très réactif!
Il y a plusieurs années, j'ai acheté un "petit" convertisseur de 300 w (12/230 v sinus modifié) et j'avais, avant l'achat, contacté ce support pour obtenir des informations sur leurs produits. Les réponses rapides, précises et très professionnelles m'avaient fait choisir cette marque pour acheter un de leurs convertisseurs. La concurrence et le choix sont rudes, sur les plate-formes (Amazon, Cdiscount, Aliexpress...) avec des prix toujours alléchants mais les performances sont-elles bien réelles? Et quiz de l'après-vente en cas de soucis?
Ce convertisseur me sert, depuis plusieurs années, dans mon système de panneau solaire et fonctionne toujours parfaitement!
Récemment, j'ai acquis, pour une autre installation, un 2ème convertisseur, de cette marque et, plus puissant (1000/2000w sinus pur): une bête de course!!! Silencieux et très efficace, ceci pour un prix très très raisonnable!!!
J'espère qu'il me donnera autant et aussi longtemps satisfactions que le 1er!
Green-Cell est une marque qui mérite d'être connue et reconnue!!! Merci

Obsługa po zakupowa poniżej standardów obowiązujących na świecie i w kraju, no może trzeciego świata. Trzytygodniowa korespondencja ( po jednym pytaniu na mail), nic nie wnosząca do przyspieszenia załatwienia sprawy i tak było trzeba odesłać zakupione urządzenie do naprawy(informacja po trzech tygodniach korespondencji). Dwa tygodnie na odpowiedz z działu reklamacji, no i jak można było się spodziewać wiadomość w ostatnim dniu. I tu niespodzianka wiadomość z pytaniami o usterkę i oczywiście powtórzenie zapytań z poprzedniej korespondencji. Niestety pomyliłem się i moje oczekiwania/przewidywania minęły się z rzeczywistością. Dołączenie wydrukowanej korespondencji, opisu usterki jaki i również karty zgłoszenia zgodnie z otrzymana instrukcją nie przydały się, nikt tego nie czyta. Zapewne jest to przyczyna dlaczego otrzymałem wiadomość ze wszystkimi zapytaniami ponownie. Zostały teraz dwa tygodnie na naprawę choć to teoria, regulamin pozostawia furtkę. Jak na razie 6 tygodni od zgłoszenia usterki, co dalej ..............

J'ai acheté une batterie pour mon ordinateur Asus Zenbook UX430UA. Sur le site, il était clairement indiqué que la batterie est compatible avec mon modèle, mais en recevant le produit, j'ai découvert que le connecteur n'est pas le bon. J'ai essayé de téléphoner et d'envoyer plusieurs e-mails, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. À éviter complètement. Aucun service après-vente et impossible de les joindre.
I bought a battery for my Asus Zenbook UX430UA laptop. On the website, it was clearly stated that the battery is compatible with my model, but upon receiving the product, I discovered that the connector is not the right one. I tried calling and sending several emails, but I received no response. Completely avoid them. There is no after-sales service, and it's impossible to reach them.

Achat chez Batterie Empire, la batterie d'ordinateur reçue ne fonctionne pas.
Après vérification aucune tension sur les bornes de la prise.
Le numéro de téléphone de contact est annoncé comme non attribué, Envoi de plusieurs mails de réclamation de SAV à deux adresses différentes, aucune réponse. Visiblement une escroquerie.

Purchased a replacement laptop battery from a now defunct seller that was to replace a HP 9470m battery.

Battery was shipped from UK to Ireland and when arrived was branded Green Cell which are on eBay and Amazon in droves. These are a VERY cheap and poor quality battery made from low cost reconditioned lithium cells.

The battery cost 70 euro all in and only lasted a bear 12 months. Bought in Sep 2023 and began losing its charging capacity after several months and would take a long time to charge via original adapter.

The battery started to swell while laptop was using battery alone for power and when opened one cell was completely swollen and almost burning and a second one not far behind. I have since sourced a replacement OEM battery from Netherlands that is same price but a Korean/Japanese brand replacement. These batteries are highly dangerous if swollen and could explode or cause injury/fire if not noticed. Only the laptop shut off during use that it gave cause for concern.

Green Cell are very poor quality made in PRC from cheap cell technology and not able to withstand the demand of a medium range device such as a laptop. I understand they even make car batteries which is ridiculous to even consider putting one in a car let alone a 13 year old laptop.
