Absolute shambles! Shocking service! Email still not working after more than 2 weeks
Free-online email for 20 years. Migrated more than 2 weeks ago. What a mess! Nothing has worked since. They couldn’t even bring over my mailbox with my actual email address. I’ve been unable to fully send, receive or reply to emails since via webmail or Outlook. They keep telling me they’ve fixed it and they haven’t. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Their customer support portal is as broken as the rest of their service. It feels as if they’re still building their site whilst migrating customers over, staffed by people who don’t seem able to fix their own site!
There’s no phone number to ring so you can’t speak to anyone when you need to; it’s all at their whim and control via a broken ticket-raising system.
Yet the pressure is on to pay the subscription before they block my access. I’ve asked them to extend that period under the circumstances and they’ve ignored me! I’m at my wits’ end as to what I can do to get Greenby to fix the problem they have created. I would have been happy to pay Plusnet to stay with them. Greenby is nothing but problems and stress. I have no confidence or trust in their service or technical ability. Any ideas on where to turn/how to get them to fix the mess they’ve created, please would someone share.

Completely killed my email
Ex free-online customer from over 20 years ago so pretty invested in this email address. Free-online allowed the replacement of free-online in the domain with .idps which is what I have used for decades. Plusnet swallowed up free-online donkeys since and now this shower have taken over and don't support .idps effectively killing my email completely since nobody I have ever told my email to knows the other version. Seemless transition we were promised. No. You've just completely cut me off.

This company is a complete shambles
So, Plusnet have transferred their old email accounts to Greenby.com and instead of it being free, my email now costs £15 per year. OK, that's fair but, you try paying them the £15. I've paid them £15 via credit card AND debit card via their online portal and Greenby still say that I have NOT paid the subscription and will cut off my email, that I have had for 30 years, in 18 days. Can you imagine what I have to do for all the websites that use my email as security id? This company is a complete shambles!
