The owner and the building are just wonderful! It was the easiest move that we have ever had into a storage facility, very clean, excellent help, and a trustworthy initial relationship established!

I love this place!

The location, the staff, the facility - all of it is great.

My rental is due on the 6th of every month and trusty me...., they don't let you forget!! I'm sorry I don't get my disability check on the 6th (I wish I did), however.., This place is a pain in the BUTT when it comes to renting from them, I have NEVER asked to have a $20.00 late fee removed and I've paid them all. I received an email today saying that they contacted me by phone (which they didn't) and the email was a "friendly reminder of our phone conversation" I am looking as of today for another place to store my belongings. GREENBOX, YOU WILL GET PAID WHEN I GET PAID!

Greenbox was affordable and perfectly located for my storing needs!

I love the service and the building, I just wish that the gate would automatically open when you approach it to leave. instead of having to drive up to it and get out and punch in your number again to get out

I have had no problems with Greenbox Self Storage. They keep the property in a clean and neat condition. There aren't people hanging out at the facility who shouldn't be there or make me feel unsafe in the building. The front office staff are nice and easy to deal with. The worst I can say about the property is that the entrance and exit are difficult -- the entrance is hard to approach at the right angle when arriving south on Santa Fe, and the exit back out to northbound Santa Fe coming out of the road behind the facility requires a lot of neck craning and a whole lot of patience.

Modern facility with temperature control. Always easy to access and friendly folks at the counter.

Clean...always comfortable air control, and easy office help (if needed).

Exceptional storage facility, I’ve recommended this location to a few friends and family... THEY LOVE IT..!!!!!!!!

In the first month after moving items into Greenbox storage, the main glass doorway was damaged and could not be used. Looked like a thief had smashed a rock through the door. My issue was that the doorway was not fixed for 2-3 months which created a hastle in moving items in and out of storage for a lengthy period of time. In the last year rates have also gone up for my 5X10’ unit 12% and now I’m thinking of moving all items to a greenbox competitor. It doesn’t make it convenient that I’m not in the area often so it’s challenging to move all items at once when I’m rarely in town. Choose your place of storage wisely.
