Great company

The team are great, I've spoken to a couple of the team and everyone communicated well and explained everything I asked of them. The fees are fair and they explained them from the outset. Would use again if I needed their services.

Long overdue Tinnitus Claim

After leaving the Army some 27 years ago and suffering Tinnitus well before I left, I seen the advert for Greenbank Lawyers and decided to pursue a claim for my injury which was mainly down to the time served in the forces (22 years). Sadly due to the 1987 rule I was only entitled to 40% of the full amount.
However my thanks goes to Greenbank Lawyers staff for processing the claim and keeping me informed from start to finish. Particular thanks goes to Maariya who gave me sound advice and assisted me in getting the final settlement.

Hearing Loss/Tinnitus Claim

I responded to a link on Facebook regarding hearing loss/tinnitus claims. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by a solicitor and had signed up. The process, from "flash to bang" was a little under 18 months and I was kept informed as the situation developed. When they said they would do something, they did it and kept me advised of likely timescales for a response.
I would especially recommend Asim and Bobby, who both worked tirelessly on my behalf.

My experience with Greenbank

After clicking a link on facebook reference military hearing loss I was contacted by Greenbank Lawyers within ten minutes. The service they gave was quick and professional with a lot of the legal forms completed for me. The whole process was simple and easy. All in all the process from initial contact to receiving compensation took fourteen months and the solicitor that dealt with my case gave me options that allowed me to make informed decisions. Great service.
