Deceptive advertising and extremely unprofessional customer service.
They heavily advertise a low-cost service starting at $49, but when you call, you find out there is actually a steep $400 initial fee, with the $49 rate only applying to the continued treatments afterward.
When I called to ask about indoor pest control and explained that we only needed a one-time treatment because we are in the process of moving, the representative literally hung up on me mid-sentence before I could even finish speaking.
It is clear they are only interested in trapping people into recurring contracts and use misleading pricing to get calls. Complete lack of basic courtesy—save your time and call someone else.

Set up an appointment for hornet removal, spiders, wasps. Agreed on $250 price. The techs showed up, claimed "we dont have a jacket for hornets. Call to reschedule. We won't do anything today since you didn't sign up for the bi-weekly service." And they left. Charge showed up on CC statement with no work performed. Called to reschedule, "We dont show that you ever had an appointment" asked to speak to a Supervisor. They said. "Supervisors only speak to customers and you arent one." Absolutely avoid. The only thing they did that helps is denying that I'm a customer and claiming no appointment was ever made. It'll be easier to dispute the charge.

saw introductory $49 offer and wanted to get their service. when I clicked on link it took me to their website and showed like 20 different bug types. I indentified my pest as bed bugs.
I was transfered several times and got someone local from their ... as he called it... their local division. price suddenly became $2,200. bad experience... not what ad promised.

I called to ask about pricing and was upfront that I wasn’t completely comfortable with the cost and commitment and needed some time to think about it.

Instead of respecting that, the representative became increasingly pushy. When I still didn’t agree to sign up, their attitude changed, they became rude, and ultimately hung up on me.

Being pressured into making a purchase is already uncomfortable, but being treated poorly simply because I wouldn’t cave to the sales tactics made the experience even worse. If this is how potential customers are treated before they’ve even signed up, I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with an ongoing service.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.
