Evelyn,
Your hat is on pre-order which was stated when you purchased. Your hat will ship on 4/9 as soon as our stock of Masters Merchandise arrives. It will arrive to you this time next week and you will have it to wear while you watch the tournament next weekend! Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Connor H.

Nice options for golf paraphanalia
I purchased multiple items from Great Golf Memories. The quality of the products is good and I liked the many options.
I am disappointed in their return policy. A 10% restocking fee is ridiculous. I order from a lot of online companies and this is the first time I have seen this done. I will definitely choose another company in the future that will not charge such a fee.

Vastaus yritykseltä Great Golf Memories
Hey there Wendy,
I'm sorry to hear that you are upset with the restocking fee. Since we do not charge for shipping on any of our orders, the restocking fee helps out with the cost of shipping that we incur. Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Connor H.
