Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I had a few queries and the staff were AMAZINGLY helpful and courteous. Ordered late afternoon and a beautiful bunch was delivered the next day lunchtime. Can recommend strongly.

Beautiful seasonal box
My husband ordered a seasonal box of cut flowers yesterday for our golden wedding anniversary today. They arrived on time, beautifully packed with the stems in gel. I haven't counted stems, but there are LOTS! I could have broken them down into several vases but, fortunately, have one that takes them all without shortening them and they look lovely. I love being able to buy home-grown rather than imported. Shall definitely use again.

Dried flower wreath
Received the dried flower wreath I ordered this morning and am delighted with it. They look just like the photos on line and were delivered the next day. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I would give no stars if possible.
We booked months ahead of our wedding, then went through process of finalising the order and paying the full sum, only a matter of a couple of weeks later they cancelled our wedding booking. The empty words of their written apology seemed quite an insult when we were having to look for a florist at short notice for a June wedding! We have finally found another florist but we are very lucky we have a Monday wedding otherwise we probably would have been stuck. They had some odd excuse about cyber hacking yet their other operations on the website seem up and running. It seems they just decided they no longer would do wedding flowers and instead of honouring the bookings they had decided to just dump us all without any real acknowledgement of the impact and no real apology or recompense besides our money back. I wouldn’t trust this company with anything important as they’ve shown they can let you down at the last moment with little regard for the impact.
