I instructed Graystons to act in relation to a clinical negligence claim. Emma Fawdry was the Solicitor with conduct. Emma was professional and courteous, managed my expectations and offered support during a difficult and emotive period. My experience of submitting a claim relating to clinical negligence to Graystons Solicitors has been exceptional.
