Very good company dealt with everything so quick and easy

Only ever got to deal with assistant who had to refer everything. Never prepared for meetings and constantly had to chase to try and progress sale. Gave them same information several times. Only spoke with the solicitor once and she was borderline rude.

I would like to thank Emma Hanson and her team for being by my side during the purchase of my flat process. Their working manner suits me the best, I liked the app where I could follow the process step by step. Whenever I needed additional explanations, I received them in an understandable manner. Overall I had a good experience with Graysons and I would recommend them. I was purchasing a house in a chain, as issues arose in the vendors onward chain, I found updates were somewhat brief from my solicitors. On the whole they were easy to deal with and carried out all the contractual work with efficiency.

Fantastic service was received from Emma Hanson and her team with the purchase of our home. Two days before completion, the purchase nearly didn’t happen due to an issue with the sellers solicitor. However Emma and her team worked hard to get all the paperwork together for the new solicitor and the completion went ahead at the agreed date.
Emma always responded to emails and if she wasn’t available, her assistant Gemma updated us and followed up any enquiries we had.

Without naming names.One solicitor was ok and got back to me straight away.The other one what was the senior one took days to get back to me.Very slow on what was supposed to be straight forward.Would not use again.How to improve would be to not take too many jobs on and think you are playing with people's lives
