Had a great experience buying my new car from Gravells Kidwelly. I was picked up from railway station and offered lift back after my test drive. Car was delivered very quickly with accessories fitted as requested.

Highly recommend
It was time to change my car and I wasn't really sure what I wanted. Gareth was polite patient and very knowledgeable. He went through many options with me until I found the deal I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for him and there was no hard sell. This is my second putchace at Gravells Kidwelly and I would highly recommend them. Excellent service.

Dacia duster 140 hybrid
Im writing this review at the end of the 10th jan after having the car for 1 day, just to let you know this is the only review I’ve done, (this is my 8 or 9th car from gravells )
I Ordered my new Dacia duster 140 hybrid extreme with Gareth before Xmas agreed a fair price for my existing car which I purchased from gravels ( Gareth) 2020 , Gareth kept me updated of the status via txt ( what’s app) we arranged to exchange cars on 10th January, he spent time and patience explaining the workings of the car during handover, I highly recommend gravells ( Gareth), looking forward to the driving experience in the new Dacia , keep up the good work Gareth 😀👍
