Tuotteen tiedot

Our Wild-caught King Salmon comes from sustainable fisheries in the Salish Sea off Lummi Island in the Northwest Pacific. These are WILD King Salmon, NOT farmed. King Salmon is also known as Chinook, Tyee, or Blackmouth Salmon. They are prized for their high oil content, firm texture and rich flavor. Enjoy the rich, buttery flavor of fresh, wild-caught King Salmon and the healthy benefits of Omega-3's. Lummi Island seafood is sustainably sourced using both reefnet fishing and hook and line methods. Reefnet fishing is a passive fishing method. The main advantage is in its lack of by-catch mortality. Unwanted species are simply released from the live well back into their natural environment. They use no fossil fuels, only solar charged batteries to run their equipment, allowing for the smallest carbon footprint of any salmon fishery. Their fisherman work with local tribes to produce the best salmon available. Fish are frozen just minutes after being caught, preserving the fish's flavor and texture. Boneless, Skin-on portions Vacuum sealed for freshness No nitrites or artificial additives and preservatives Sustainably harvested Wild-caught Each portion is approx. 6 ounces

It was literally the BEST Salmon I ever tasted. I didn't taste any Metal or Illuminum, just pure, delicious dalmo. I'll be ordering more very soon. I feel so secure ordering meat and fish from you all, because everything I've ordered has been top-notch. Thank you for all your efforts. Regards, andrea

Expensive but truly worth it! Cooks beautifully and has great flavor! Nothing store bought compares. I usually prepare blackened with chimi churry.

Flavor tends to be inconsistent from order to order as well as size (thick square vs longer thinner filet). Hubby enjoys it though!

I don’t love fish but salmon is the most palatable to me. I’m determined to eat at least 2 servings/ month and your salmon could not be any easier to help me keep that promise to myself. The process of broiling it is ridiculously simple and it’s just the right amount for me since I’m the only person in the family eating it.
