My Sunday cooking project often involves this stew meat. Slow cooked in dry red wine with plenty of seasonings. The meat has always been very tender.

I usually simmer my stew beef in broth to retain moisture and tenderness. 100% pastured beef is hard to find. This is the best I've ever had. Been a customer for more than a decade!
