This cut is currently sourced from both our domestic cattle and our farm partners in Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

I send this to my sister and her son . They like it very much. They live on s/s and have to watch their money carefully. I think it’s a good purchase and then the more you buy the better deal you get.

Tasty and a bit chewy for us. Small slices helped for my samdwich.

Thank you for this great review and your continued support!! -- US Wellness Meats Team🤠
I had pretty much. Stopped eating meat from the grocery store, no taste and tough. This was tender and was the best tasting steak I had in years. It was thicker then I like but I cut it in 2 and had 2 meals.

The steak was delicious, not gamey or weird tasting like some other grassfed steaks we've had.

We feel that there should be certified statements on your meat package about the meat being Grass Fed, packing date, and expiration date, as other grass fed meat sellers do. (Attached picture.) When you buy organic produce, for instance, you don’t just trust the statements on a webpage or a supermarket description tag. There is a certified seal on the product/package which is an official mark protected by Federal Regulation. Otherwise customer would not know the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORGANIC AND NONORGANIC produce. The same applies to grass fed and grain fed meat.
