The meat I buy at US Wellness Meats has always been packaged professionally, arrived in a timely manner. The quality and taste of the meat is exceptional . It is not cheap; but the standard for excellence is worth it.
This lamb was delicious. The flavor is mild. I used the necks to make a lamb stew. Much cheaper than stew meat and just as tender and yummy. I have been buying meat from US Wellness meats for years. Always delicious and pasture raised. Highly recommend!
It was so nice that I could tell them how much fat I wanted on each neck and they listened and delivered. The stew turned out fabulous. The meat is so succulent.

There’s was no meat on this neck. I slow cooked it and barely got enough for 2 sandwiches. The gravy I made from the broth was delicious though
