I made clean, pure, bright white tallow after a very short rendering process. Gold Star!

High quality and renders down beautifully to make tallow.
High quality product. Shipped fast and packaged well!
Loved this SUET! Will order again, was cleaned. Went in bag and placed in roaster. Very clean, rendered 3 times, one wet and two dry. Packaging was excellent., shipping fast also. Will order again and bigger order next time! This picture is what i have left. Use for making cold process soaps and body products.
I used a bit of suet in the first Mincemeat I ever made and it is delicious. Have used the rendered suet in pie crusts which does make a good flakey pastry. I plan to render the balance of my last purchase for cooking.
The package came frozen and well packaged. Very please with the product and the service!

I love US Wellness and am very thankful they continue doing what they do so well.... Support what you like or it goes away!
I bought the suet when I want to add some more fat. I am still finishing up the 1.7 lb tubs of tallow I purchased from them. So I cannot say about the taste. Anyway fat is fat. I did divided the suet into freezer bags. I watched a podcast where some folks will eat some suet strait out of the freezer if they want some extra fat. I am not anyway disappointed from any products I have purchased from U.S. Wellness. I just like the fact that U.S. Wellness supplies their beef from small grass fed/finished family farms. We all need to support small regenerative family farms. If you do not have have a local farm near you to support then U.S. Wellness Meats is a perfect place to start. I am not purchasing any meat product's from overseas even if it is grass fed.
The Suet purchased from wellness meats is of great quality! After rendering it, I use itto make homemade skin creams and tallow candles.
first time user. seems to be good
why I can not buy raw fat ?

Thank you for the great question about raw fat. We do sell raw beef fat as suet. We do not sell raw beef trim fat because all of it is used in our products. -- US Wellness Meats Team 🤠
It's exactly as advertised.
Suet was loose in the wrapping, so not sure if it is any good. In the past, I have received suet that had all the air out of the packaging.
Thx for all your great service and quality products
Product came well packaged. Quality product! Will be ordering again soon.
Saves hours of time to cook down since they already did the grinding for you. I pour the melted suet into silicone molds for perfect portions.
Gorgeous Suet for rendering Tallow.
Made tallow, love cooking with it
