The flavor is great. The issue I had is that when it thaws out the product is watery and difficult to use. In the end it is not a cohesive item.

This was good, the defrost caused somewhat of a separation. I do prefer just the plain beef liverwurst.

I consistently find gristle in this, which makes eating it unpleasant. I'm looking for a better option.

Not my favorite flavor, but a staple in my diet nonetheless. I just like having a variety of organ meats available for better nutrition. I usually have a slice with my huge noon salad.
