I love buying this roast I defrost it and cut it up into steaks so I get at least eight thick steaks for a fabulous price and a fabulous meal

Top Sirloin can be grilled, braised, slow cooked, smoked or prepared in a sous vide water bath and seared. However you choose to prepare this delicious cut, you'll be sure to appreciate the flavor and nutrition of grass-fed and grass-finished beef.
Our primal sized cuts are an excellent way to save money and stock the freezer for less.
The Primal Beef Top Sirloin is delivered frozen and can be sliced to yield several steaks or chunked for kabobs.

Everything arrived fully frozen and expertly packed. The quality of this top sirloin is unmatched. I’ve purchased top sirloin for awhile both conventional beef sirloin AND “100% grass fed and finished” sirloin but this sirloin is by far the best taste/flavor, density of the meat, the look/color of the meat, and bang for your buck. Definitely going to be repeat ordering!

My husband and I love sirloin steak, and we use it for bulgogi quite a bit. This large piece makes it so easy to slice thinly into strips instead of having to thaw multiple small sirloins and attempt to slice them equally. Plus this meat is really tender! It’s also nice to get a few sirloins from it that are all whatever thickness we want.

Fantastic offering from US Wellness. Great flavor and quality. I cook this whole in the oven at 425 for 20 min then 225 till it reaches 135 degrees. Wrap in foil and back in the turned off oven for 20 min. Take out and rest for 30 min. Absolutely perfection.
