The best beef liver I've ever had. It's difficult to find grass fed beef liver where I live. So happy I can purchase it here.

Tuotteen tiedot
US Wellness Meats continues to receive compliments about the great taste of Grass-Fed Beef Liver.
Grass‑fed beef liver is exceptionally nutrient‑dense, offering high levels of vitamin A, B12, folate, iron, copper, and choline—earning it the reputation of “nature’s multivitamin.”
Grass‑fed beef liver is superior to grain‑fed liver because cattle raised on natural pasture produce liver with two to five times higher concentrations of essential nutrients, including vitamins A and E, B vitamins, omega‑3 fatty acids, and key minerals, giving it a much richer nutrient profile than grain‑fed alternatives. Additionally, the natural grass‑based diet enhances the liver’s fatty‑acid composition—boosting omega‑3s and beneficial precursors like ALA—while grain‑based feeds tend to reduce overall nutritional density.
These nutrients support energy production, immune health, and metabolic function, making grass‑fed beef liver a powerful whole‑food source for overall wellness.
Each package of Beef Liver weighs approximately 1 pound.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products come from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows.

I cut up the liver in tiny pieces and freeze it and eat it raw, I can't eat cooked liver but this goes down pretty easy and I get all my nutrients

Very tender; great taste. Will ask for additional ice pak next time because it sat on the FedEx truck all day and was delivered partially thawed.

I have not had liver for 35 years; it wasn't my favorite, and I have nothing to compare it to.

I wanted so badly to love this beef. I am starting to eat organ meats and I was excited to find beef liver. Unfortunately, this liver was tough and stringy. I was disappointed and ended up throwing the remainder away. 🥺

SINCE THIS IS A GRASS FED PRODUCT, (OR ADVERTISED TO BE) I SELECTED THIS FOR PURCHASE-THE TASTE WAS ACCEPTABLE & REALLY DO NOT LIKE FROZEN FOODS, AS THE TEXTURE TURNS UNFAVORABLE , BUT PREFER THIS TO A NON GRASS FED ORGAN MEAT

We love this stuff! Even my previously non-organ-eating family loves this. I often fry it in a pan with a little duck fat. Delicious!
