Head Cheese is not a dairy cheese but an organ sausage that typically uses various parts of the head. US Wellness Meats recipe uses Beef Tongue and Beef Heart. Being an organ sausage, it's loaded with nutritional value. Originating in Europe, Head Cheese can be found all over the world with an assortment of recipes used depending on the culture.

Their beef head cheese is too thick like their bologna log😔 ------- Any Head Cheese is supposed to have a (Gel like consistency)🙂 ------ I don't like it, sooo I gave it away for free

A delicious way to get your nutritious liver and organ meat. Good cold but I really prefer this sliced and warmed in the air-fryer. Takes on an almost sausage like flavor. So good!

If you love the toll beef sausages, like we do, this is sooo good,! Never tried it before, but is now a favorite!! Spicy, tasty, great with cheese, eggs, sandwichrs and on salads.
