I’ve bought this type of steak for a while now usually from my local store here, I know this one is better quality but it is SO CHEWY most pieces were u editable …. Very strange . All 6 packs I bought were like this 😭, never had this issue with this type of meat before . Everything else I bought was incredible but this was not and I bought 6 ….

Bought 7 packs. 6 lost its vacuum seal. Contacted customer service and they said it’s still good to eat. Conveniently packed (if the seal was not broken) to defrost quickly in a sink of cold water. If seal is broken, need to defrost slowly for > 24 hrs in fridge making sure it is in a bag or plate or it will make a mess when it leaks. Minimal trimming is needed. Flavor is decent but not as tender as D’Artagnan angus hanger.

After cutting the cartilage out down the middle, you get about (4) 4oz steaks. Some may think it's not enough meat for the money.

Awful doesn't even describe it. Full of grissel, could eat only about 60% of it, and it was lousy.

I sous vided and pan seared these steaks and they were wonderful. They were tender and very flavorful. I would buy them again and recommend them.
