Awesome. I just wish we could move from styrofoam shipping containers to something more sustainable or recyclable.

The purest, leanest Flank Steak is waiting for your favorite recipe. If you do not have a recipe, check out US Wellness Meats’ favorite recipes. They are located under the recipe tab.

Each Flank Steak package averages 1 pound (1-2 pieces per package).
US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. This cut is currently sourced from both our domestic cattle and our farm partners in Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

This is nice steak. I use it for a couple different recipes. I use it as shredded beef, sliced beef for stir fry, cubed for tacos, slices for tacos and as a steak itself. Versatile piece of meat.

Grass finished beef is a rarity. I searched many places before I found your product. It completed my 'Plant Paradox' diet, so I could thus eliminate corn or soy-laced protein sources.

My favorite recipe uses flank steak. I was surprised at how delicious it tasted compared to grain-fed beef. Interestingly enough, I didn't need to eat a huge portion to feel full and satisfied.

My favorite for a busy week night. I marinate it in whatever I have and my guy BBQ’s it fast, slices it thinly against the grain and I serve it over arugula or sliced heirloom tomatoes. Fabulous!
