Super high sales tactics to get my company to join and pay for a $30k training program. I required every sales person to begin the daily training videos and the plan included a coach. That was last year. Every one of the sales persons left the company within 2 months, some which had been with my firm 2-3 years. The sales videos do have some good content but certainly not all of the content apply to our commercial real estate sales, perhaps best if selling windows and gutter sales. No way to measure the loss of sales from implementing this program that did not increase sales and having to rebuild.

Much of the educational content covered information that is available elsewhere at little or no cost, which made the program extremely overpriced. The performance coaching sessions, priced at $250 or more, often consisted of advice that was either very basic or ineffective.

I paid $11,000 for this program and had a very disappointing experience. The Grant Cardone's coaches advised me to max out credit cards, ask for a raise without understanding my company’s structure, and even use ChatGPT for health decisions.

The scripts provided were generic and unrealistic—for example, I was told to contact people at my company who don’t even exist. It was clear the coach didn’t understand my organization at all.

Another issue was how concerns were handled when the coaching did not produce results. Rather than addressing the quality of the guidance, the response was often that the customer had “gone off script.” I also found the communication from Grant Cardone’s staff to be disrespectful and unprofessional.

In addition, there was repeated pressure to purchase additional services. When I declined, the interactions became personal and included negative remarks about my character and abilities instead of remaining focused on the services being offered. That type of conduct is not what I would expect from a professional sales organization.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Cardone’s organization again. The combination of high pricing, repeated upselling, and unprofessional communication left me with little confidence in the business.

Grant goes over and above furnishing real estate purchasing information, his time, honest, straightforward, generous, offers crowd funding for the little guy into Multifamily investing, great programs/education offered, and advice and direction on purchasing MF yourself with others. Great network! Downsides are too high pressure of sales people who don’t know when to quit calling, and the real estate Dealfinder program was not worth my money when it first landed in comparison to other real estate finder programs. There was a lack of education in its use initially, and it was geared only for commercial and didn’t include residential. Also, politics are mentioned too often, which turn me off.

Cardon is true to his word. I invested my money with him
he pays me each month Never has he missed.
This is not why I invested with him. From the start you tell he is a family man first. He feels personally responsible
