Me hicieron un menaje de casa de US a Ecuador que fue un desastre; 1) utilizaron cajas / bultos para movimientos locales no internacionales, 2) cajas abiertas, sin sellar, y algunas rotas, 3) como estrategia y de una manera maliciosa no incluyeron el # de la cédula de identidad pero si el de un asesor / agente tramitador, 4) a pesar de que la ley no exige esta representación persistían que tenía que ser de esa manera, 5) nos hicieron pagar por sus errores en el BL y por último a pesar de que ya nos habían obligado a pagar por el cambio en Ecuador $315 a última hora nos tenían sujetos a un pago de $95 que la naviera les estaba cobrando en US por corregir el BL a sabiendas que fue su error. 6) pagamos por errores en los reportes de inventario y exceso de peso que nunca mencionaron. NO TIENEN NUMERO DIRECTO Y LOS QUE USAN EN LA FIRMA DEL CORREO ELECTRONICO NUNCA SON CONTESTADOS Y TAMPOCO NO DEVUELVEN LAS LLAMADAS NO CREO QUE SE MERECEN NI UNA ESTRELLA. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE NUESTRAS VIDAS!

I regret to share that my experience with the Granero team during the packing of my belongings at my house did not meet my expectations. There was a general lack of professionalism, care, and attention to quality in the packing process. The workers seemed to face a very tight schedule, which unfortunately did not allow sufficient time to pack my items properly. Additionally, the transportation from the house to the truck seemed handled with less care than I would have hoped.

As my move is international, I have yet to receive my belongings at the destination. I am concerned that most of the delicate items may have been affected due to the packing and loading process. Even if everything arrives intact, the overall packing experience was disappointing enough not to recommend the company.

I hope this feedback can help improve future service quality and provide useful information for potential customers.

Desde o peimeiro contato com o comercial, a passagem de bastao para a pessoa da operaçao que nos solicitou todas as documentaçoes, e quando chegou o grande dia de coletar em nosso ap, tudo perfeito, equipe de campo muito educados e seguiram todos os processos de conferencia que nos deixou tranquilos ate ali.

Na sequencia a Familia anciosa para receber em nossa casa a mudança.
Data marcada para entrega. Chegou no dia e hora combinado e o descarregamento seguindo o mesmo padrao quando foi coletato, ou seja tudo perfeito.

Granero did everything we'd expected them to do and did it well. Communication and support was great. Our belongings arrived smoothly and safely from Los Angeles to Stockholm within the stipulated time. I'd recommend them anytime. Granero subcontracted the last leg from Rotterdam to Stockholm to Schmidt Global Relocations and they also performed without any flaws.

Terrible experience so far… we booked a container for an international trip.

As they were packing they were so liberal with the packing, we kept telling them to take apart the furniture so it would take a lot less space and pack things with less wasted space. The head packer literally moved me into my office and said “I see you worried, don’t worry, everything will fit. Trust me, I have been doing this a long time.” I responded, “I still think the packing could be way more compact.”

By the end of the packing they told me they couldn’t take my most expensive things. And I would have to leave thousands of dollars in furniture behind. They packed all the less
Important things first, despite us telling them to do it backwards, and then let us know it didn’t fit… The lead packed than told me he would call us on video and we would figure out what to repack or remove. That never happened!!!! That was 32 days ago. We told Karen, our contact there like 20 times, and they never repacked, never called us, and kept stringing us along.

A month later, my stuff still hasn’t left on a ship. The communication with Karen has been atrocious (is she is assigned to you, ask for another agent), nobody ever called us to repack anything (just more lies). We offered multiple solutions such as removing our couch and other stuff, but every response was vague, unsatisfactory, with long delays between emails, with no desire to move quickly. Even once we offered to pay for the extra volume just to move things along and because we realized they were just stringing us along
, they are still just slow walking everyday step. Why? Because they have our money already.

Stay away. I do not recommend. My wife has called them Multiple times, and Karen never ever calls back. I guess my kids will have to start school without their stuff. They promised a 6-8 week delivery. It’s been 5 weeks and they don’t even have a shipping date… it’s ridiculous.

1) As empresas estavam cientes da data (June 11th) em que me venderam o servico de transporte e retirada da minha mudanca (16 de junho). Estao centes tbm do periodo cabivel, juntamente com a entrega da minha documentacao pra que minha mudanca saisse realmente em Junho.

2) Eu fechei o contrato no dia 11 de Junho e paguei as empresas baseado nas informacoes que obtive e concordei. As informacoes foram: o espaco que me venderam era o ultimo pra fechar esse container que sai na semana seguinte da data que recolheram minhas caixas;
a)Que minhas caixas portanto chegaria em 40 dias, e que o valor da mudanca eh aquele unico amount sem nenhuma cobranca extra. Eu especificadamente perguntei a Valeria sobre cobrancas "extras" pela pessima experiencia que tive com uma empresa brasileira fraudaria de NY que terminou fechando as portas por varias denuncias inclusive minha. b) A Granero me confirmou que o valor total a ser pago esta' com tudo incluido (espaco para ate 30 caixas, servico prestado, taxas, seguro. E nao terei nenhuma cobranca); c) No mesmo dia que paguei pelo servico, eu liguei pra Karen e tbm no dia seguinte pra que ela me esclarecesse duvidas e voltei a prergunta- la se minha mudanca vai mesmo chegar em 40 dias como A Valeria me informou, e Karen me respondeu: que pode sim chegar em 40 dias contanto que eu envie tda a minha documentacao necessaria, e que no contrato se fala ate 90 dias mas isso acontece em casos que ha problema com documentacao!! Eu enviei tda a docs que ela me pediu prontamente.

3) June 16th, a Formula Global retirou minha mudanca e colocou no caminhao dizendo que havia 37 ou 38 caixas, eu disse ao employee (na frente dos 3 employees, e meus dois filhos): Impossivel, eu nao tenho 38 caixas. O segundo employee entrou dentro do caminhao comigo e junto comigo contou 30 caixas! Meu filho observava td fora do caminhao, e qd voltamos pra dentro da casa eu avisei ao employee encarregado do relatorio, que tem 30 caixas no caminhao e o segundo employee confirmou na minha frente! Entao, o employee encarregado do relatorio disse: de qq maneira nao podemos colocar mais nada no caminhao pq nossa contagem eh "Diferente"!! Meus filhos e os employees sao testemunhas!

4) Vc me informou agora Rogerio que foram enviadas 38 caixas, tendo banco e mesa. Eu te autorizo a abrir todas as minhas caixas durante uma video call comigo e me mostrar 38 caixas, banco e mesa!

5) Felizmente os employees chegaram na minha casa um pouco mais tarde e as caixas ja estavam empacotadas e lacradas com tape que eu e meus filhos fizemos. E dentro de 1 saco plastico enrolado em shape de tubo esta' o metal/pernas de 1 escrivaninha pequena da minha filha que eu disassembled completely. Entao nao tem banco ou mesa nas caixas, e nem mais de 30 caixas.

Portanto, independente da politica da empresa, a mesma nao agiu com boa fe/ honestidade indo "aparentemente" contra as regras da empresa. Needless to say que a minha experiencia ate entao esta' sendo outrageous! Na qual eu postarei o meu review para cada uma das empresas.

Resumindo, eu fui enganada!
Houve ma' fe' no business practice dessas 2 empresas, visando somente o lucro. As empresas me venderam um servico de mudanca baseado em informacoes falsas, cientes de que minha mudanca nao sairia em 1 semana, cientes de que minha mudanca nao tem se quer uma data de saida tampouco chegada dos eua, a empresa aumentou o numero de 30 caixas recebidas para uma contagem de 38 caixas e cobranca extras ao cliente(superfaturamento), etc.

The service that I received from the quote to final delivery of my items was exemplary. Felipe was my initial sales rep that sent me the quote and answered any and all questions that I had. After I decided on hiring Granero Moving, I was put in contact with Dennis, the Operations Coordinator. He ensured that the move was seamless. And to be honest, I was going through a rough time on a personal level, this is something he had no clue about. I appreciated that him and the team were on top of everything. When the movers came to pick up my items in Los Angeles, they repacked everything in the storage unit to ensure that they make a safe passage. When the items reached Rotterdam, Agustina, the rep here ensured that my items cleared customs without a hitch, and that my items were delivered to my apartment. Nothing was broken. Everything made it intact.

I am satisfied with GRANERO . My moving arrived on time in perfect conditions. Nothing was broken or damaged. Thanks to Valeria who was extremely professional and gave me a friendly support. I had a good interaction with her. Thanks for everything.

Great experience overall. I moved from Las Vegas to UK, took about 3 months, but all arrived in a perfect condition. Great communication along the way. Would highly recommend Granero to everyone!
