The gentleman that came out to do the job was very informative, and just let me know what he was going to do and left the place spotless when he left thank you very much

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Very friendly and professional. They have the best and knowledgeable engineers.

Always my go to company for heating and…

Always my go to company for heating and boiler maintenance etc. They have 5 stars for a reason...they're good at what they do.
Lauren the office manager is professional, fully customer focused and exceptionally proactive. She does what she says she's going to do. A rare thing. If you're looking for stuff to get done, these guys deliver.

Firstly I was impressed with the…

Firstly I was impressed with the booking system at their website, then got even more impressed with the punctuality of the engineer. Boiler service was done very professionally and at very good rate. Definitely would recommend it to others and will be using this company in the future. Thank you Grand Union 🙂
