Prompt and professional

We have been using the boiler inspection services for 6 years and never had any issues. They are very polite, professional, and prompt to attend the queries and request.

Great service

Came within the specified window. Got on quickly and fixed our boiler. He was very friendly and didn’t leave any mess afterwards. Great service, highly recommend

Easy to deal with

Booking an appointment was quick & convenient. I got a text just before Marco turned up which was really helpful too.

Marco carried out the service & was polite & friendly.

Dealing with Grand Union has been really simple so would recommend.

Fantastic customer service! Tomas was friendly, polite, and tidy. He did a great job, and I will continue to use Grand Union Plumbing. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbours.

Boiler Service

Easily booked a slot online. Engineer arrived on time and was efficient, quiet and tidy. Feedback sent online about tests was comprehensive. Payment online was easy. I used Grand Union last year too and will also be using them next year.

Professional with competitive prices

From start to finish, Grand Union were friendly and professional, with good communication and competitive prices. The engineer who visited our premises arrived on time, had a thorough understanding of the work required and completed it on time and to a high standard. Highly recommended!

Another Great Job!

As always Grand Union Plumbing did a great job. They ordered the parts required for my boiler fix. Let me know when they had arrived so that I could make an appt. They are very obliging and let me add another little job to my appt. Fixed my boiler, didn't leave any mess.

Great service from GU plumbing and Heating Ltd

Easy to book and appointment availability was excellent, kept well informed as to when the engineer was coming. Engineer also explained what it was the we needed to keep an eye on as well as show us pictures of before and after. Brilliant service at a resonance price, definitely returning👍👍
