Efficient work

The gentleman arrived a little early, which suited me well. Shoes off, protection down, all done without fuss and everything clean and tidy at the end.

Staff very polite no and arrived on time. Job done with respect for our home and no fuss. Also answered a query I had regarding our son's wood burner, which I found to be very helpful.

Very proficient service by very…

Very proficient service by very personable, efficient and excellent engineer (Byron Day). Appointment was as scheduled and work was carried out with care and pains were taken to keep environment of gas fire tidy and clean.

Had my gas fire's annual service and, as always, Byron was prompt and very cheery. As usual he did an excellent job and left my fire looking brand new again.
