Great service

Got an appointment quickly for wood burner stove service, Ben arrived punctually, was pleasant and professional and left everything as it was when he arrived. Great service.

Really good customer service

Really good customer service, from our initial visit to their showroom, to the house survey, and to installation. Always prompt with answer and on time to visits. Clean and tidy on install day, very very happy with the finished fire.

What nonsense it is to ask me for a…

What nonsense it is to ask me for a review when all I did was come to the showroom to buy a replacement Carbon Monoxide detector.
You should be more selective when you ask for customers to spend their time unnecessarily.
