Grailzee Arvostelua

Great selection of watches. Found myself brand new watch for the price of used with full authorized dealer warranty. Well represented by buyer and great post-auction negotiation option

Smooth, seamless operation. Great experience

Process of dealing with Grailzee and the seller for purchasing, paying and speed of shipping was safe and quick.

Grailzee is very good company to deal with. They were very informative with every step. Process is clean and easy. I’ll be doing more business with them.

I recently purchased a watch through the Grailzee website. The entire process from bidding to authentication to funding and receiving the watch was seamless, prompt and punctual. I received constant communication via email and text updating me on the status for each step of the process. I was contacted several times during the entire process by Grailzee representatives via email. Now that I have experienced Grailzee and know what to expect, I have purchased a second timepiece through Grailzee and will continue to do so in the future.

I was new to this particular site, and could not believe how easy it was to join, get myself verified, and bid on a watch I have wanted to add to my collection. Any question I had was answered promptly and completely. Their process protected both the buyer and the seller. You can participate with the full confidence in a well run platform and people dedicated to the satisfaction of all involved.

I just completed my eight transaction with the Grailzee team. The staff are all polite, helpful and generally a pleasure to deal with. Could not be happier with their service and their platform.

Excellent service easy to transact with them.

Hi
I had a great experience with Grailzee, and I especially want to recognize Max and Ethan from the Support team. Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy and took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

Excellent customer service from Ethan and Grailzee. I truly appreciate the outstanding support and would highly recommend them!

I've closed over 20 deals on Grailzee, the support staff is top notch!

Excellent and responsive customer service, lower fees than most platform and fees split between buyer and seller, great features and extremely fast turnaround times. Overall great buying and selling platform.

I am a new user of this website. I find the business to be professional and reliable. They appear to make every attempt to ensure that the products are true to their description and that customers are satisfied.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptionally easy and straightforward. I have always preferred using a trusted intermediary when buying and selling high end items. Tracking the transaction progress online and timely communication was appreciated. I will be selling/buying through Grailzee again.

Thank you so much for the exceptional service and outstanding quality!

Grailzee is a great platform for selling and buying luxury. I love that they recently added handbags to their inventory. You can find some great deals and rare items.

As the Psychologist and Watch⌚Advisor For High Performers I have found Grailzee to be a great platform to sell watches and connect with clients. Grailzee has bent over backwards to facilitate sales and their advisers are always available to solve challenges.

Overall the experience was really good. The bidding process was smooth, shipping was quick and reliable. One of the reps went out of her way to expedite shipping.

I was somewhat nervous making a wire transaction without speaking to the seller directly. I’ve been bit in the past where a scammer intercepted the wire instruction communication and changed the account number, lost a lot of money. Suggestion allowing direct communication prior to transferring funds or holding funds in escrow until all is complete.

I’ll use them again.

This is such a great process and I was able to sell my watch for an excellent price much better than using eBay or other platforms highly recommend

After buying my first watch on Grailzee, I have since decided to start selling some of my collection on Grailzee. It has been a pleasure due to the ease of listing, monitoring the auctions, receiving payment, and most of the customer service. My concierge was wonderful and I will continue using Grailzee.

The process was seamless, every step was explained along the way. I feel like I got a quality watch and a fair price! I would purchase again.
