Grafomap Arvostelua 

We moved into our condominium three years ago on a new subdivision with new streets. Three years later, the street is still not on their maps. Obviously, their maps are way out of date. Just useless!

Shipment has been delayed, not sure when it is coming now

I paid for priority 2-6 day shipping, 14 days ago, and haven’t received the item, the item hasn’t been shipped out, there’s no tracking, they don’t even know where in the process they are with the order. Absolutely terrible all around. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and now I’m going to look like the guy who didn’t care about this person in front of everyone because Grafomap dropped the ball big time and have done nothing to make it right.

They replied on here to send an email... I’ve sent 4 emails in the last week, and they have no information to give and haven’t responded to the last 2 emails. But they were sure quick to respond here

Beautiful hanging map. Easy to design online and arrived in good time!

Update: the order unexpectedly showed up at my door today. It was wrapped and boxed carefully. It's a nice, good quality map, no labels. It will look great in a frame. Not sure if it's worth the cost, but I'm happy to have received it. I placed an order for a map. Never received any confirmation of order or shipping, though I noted that my credit card was charged immediately. I have requested status through the website and by email and received only an automatic generic response. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

Terrible company.
I made an order and received confirmation on October 21, 2020.
November 2, 2020 I received an email saying "your order is taking longer than usual but no worries."
November 4, 2020 I was asked by email to send a review, which I didn't do because I had no product to review.
November 7, 2020 I received another email reminding me to write a review, but I still hadn't received my order, nor had I received any other communication regarding my order.
November 18, 2020 I finally decided to email Grafomap and politely ask if there were any type of update on my order.
November 19, 2020 I received a confirmation of my question about my order, but still no answer regarding my order.
November 21, 2020 I felt I had no choice but to leave this very truthful review.
It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to receiving my order in an acceptable timeframe since it was a birthday gift for my wife.

December 8 I still have not received my order or even a reply about where my order is, even after the company reply below. They tell me to contact them, which I do, I then get a non-response that they will contact me. They never do.
Please refund my payment immediately.

The maps are really beautiful and high quality. They look as good in person as they did online! I bought one for myself - my hometown and three as a Christmas gift for my son - places he’s lived - to spruce up his living room or dining room. I purchased the hangers that were offered on the site as well. They were delivered (very well wrapped) in about 3 1/2 weeks.

Nothing received after 1month of waiting.

The quality of the map wasn't that great. The print was a bit blurry so I feel it's way overpriced for what you get. Shipping was fast though.

I have not received this item, despite the fact that USPS says a shipping label was created on October 19.

Significant difference between what is advertised and depicted in the site versus what you receive by mail. The framing of the picture is decent.

Some examples of differences:
1. Actual image is grainy and pixelated when printed
2. Icons (eg. The heart) are MUCH larger than what appear on the site

The price relative to the quality of the product is mismatched. I would not purchase another one

I placed my order two weeks ago and while I was pleased to receive a shipping notification two days later, it's now been two weeks and when I check the USPS website it says they are "awaiting item." I emailed Grafomap a week ago and received a very generic shipping email that blamed USPS even though their website indicates they have not received my product from the company. Frustrating to say the least.

Usps tracking shows that my maps haven’t been shipped out when this survey is sent. Too slow.

Poor quality and no easy way to talk to them about problems. Sent 2 messages with no response or help. There are other services like this. Don't buy from this company. Have filed dispute with cc co.

Modern touch to the map. Love the quality and print job. Excited to display this!

Todo, absolutamente todo es modificable; el trocito de mapa que quieres que aparezca, el color, la frase...

I can't speak to the quality of the product, but my interactions with customer service have been very bizarre and very frustrating. After being notified that my order would be delayed (after paying extra for shipping), I immediately wrote to the Grafomap team, and asked to cancel my order and be issued a refund - I was under a timeline that their website said they would meet...they didn't (I get that things happen). Though I emailed them immediately after receiving that message, they got back to me saying that they're still going to ship the items, but that I should destroy the products they send to me, take a picture of them, and then send that picture to the Grafomap team so they could then process my refund - I wish I could include a screenshot here but I'd be happy to verify my experience elsewhere. Would it not be easier for everyone if my order was cancelled? Nothing would have to be sent and I could receive a refund. I'm very skeptical about this and quite frustrated. I will be getting in touch with my credit card company about the charge.

UPDATE: I received help from the Grafomap team to get a quick refund. Thank you to them.
