Grafomap Arvostelua 

We have ordered three hanger maps, and we are very happy with the result.

We were looking for maps which fits in our living room. So when we saw Grafomap we thouhg it culd really works in our home. The maps have good quality and well finish.
we definetly recomend it.

I got the framed map and it’s gorgeous! So many beautiful designs to choose from. I can’t wait to order more because these are the perfect gift!

I'm happy that i choose grafomap because I love the quality of the posters.
The shipment was fast even in another country (I'm in Italy).
I loved that I could edit my poster with my preferences to make it as I wish.

Map doesn't fit in frame. Was excited to get this and it looked great online, but the clear plastic over the map does not fit inside the frame. It's too large for the frame and bowed inside the frame. The paper is nice and print quality is ok (not super detailed with some pixelation on the text), but nothing noticeable unless you walk up close to the map.

My first map had the tube damaged but the map was OK. The second tube (different map) was more damaged and the map was damaged too. I let grafomap know about it. They sent a replacement quickly that arrived undamaged! I am getting ready to order a third map. The tubes used were strong enough but were badly abused by the USPO.

I ordered a map as a Christmas gift and placed the order 4 weeks before the holiday. It ended up coming late, I never was able to track my order accurately nor get a living person on the phone. It finally came two weeks after Christmas and was damaged. Getting the replacement was just as painful as getting the original. I finally received it and thankfully it was not damaged but customer support for this company is absolutely nonexistent!

This company sent me a damaged poster in January, it is now late April and they just say my claim is in progress, which I am sure they are trained to say until customers just give up and let it go. Even if not damaged, the quality would be disappointing. I am out $35 and a few hours of my life trying to resolve this, unsuccessfully. I recommend you use one of thousands of printing services that are not a scam, like this one

The first map came in on time however it was wrinkled. I emailed Grafomap and they had a new one printed and sent within a week. Happy with their customer service!

Great pictures and fast delivery. definitely recommend to friends.

The prints and frame themselves are nice and the quality seems to be there, but I ordered two prints and both of the mattes we way too big and hid the coordinates and part of the city. I had to go to a frame shop and have it cut down. The pictures shown online are misleading since the mattes had to be cut down and do not come in the way shown online :/

Still don’t have my map or any clue of when it will even ship.

Wrong color...ordered slate, got black...scratch on frame...the print was not the best quality... multiple levels of black, not 100% black throughout, but then again we did not order black.

Product was matted and I did not order matting. The matting actually covered part of the print. Also, there was no mounting hardware installed on the back of the frame. I have ordered identical items from Grafomap previously and the mounting hardware came with it. I had to dismantle the frame to remove the matting and install the mounting hardware. I sent photos to Grafomap and they offered a replacement, but since I had already fixed the problems I declined.

The map that was delivered to me was missing a lot of the details that were on the working map that Grafomap displays when you create it. I was very disappointed in the final product. I would never have purchased the map had I known what it would really look like. Delivery was also very slow.

The color and design was great but the matting was too big. It covered up about a quarter inch of the title “Boston”. I had to open the back and shift the print to be able to see most of it although some of the title is still barely hidden. I feel the top and bottom matting should have been a quarter to half inch more to appropriately show the whole print.

So bad, my maps were blurry, not black and white. I reached out for a refund and no one ever got back to me.

I ordered one framed map and it arrived in good shape. I meant to order another framed map and managed to order it without the frame. I returned the rolled up map by giving it to the post office clerk, who said that was all I needed to do to get it returned. I followed up with an email that I had done that. Your subsequent email asked for the tracking number of the return, since you had not yet received it. I sent another email indicating what had happened and that I did not have a tracking number. And I think that is where that stands. Somewhat frustrated, I ordered two other framed maps and an updated version of the first one. In addition, with the most recent order, I was unable to locate how to use the 'buy two and get the third one free' mechanism, so I decided to pay full price and hope that you would take all of these factors into consideration in the final pricing of the returned map and the order of three framed maps.
I might add that it appears that no one monitors your FAQ pages, since questions asked 1-2 years ago have not been answered. I commented as such in one of the messages that I sent to you.

When the printed paper arrived it had a very marked wrinkle as if it had been folded in half, and being shiny makes it difficult to see the image by the light that enters the house. Too expensive for the quality.... not ordering again :(

Exactly as I expected and more! A great, thoughtful gift for anyone!
