A company that’s doing it, right

You provide a great product, the ordering mechanism that you have works extremely well and you always receive your order intact. No back orders no missing products. It’s great to work with somebody that has it together.

Unable to complete order after taking…

Unable to complete order after taking money, refunded without issue and communication was good, but I still needed the gown.

Hi Amy,
You placed the order on Nov 18th at 9:30PM. We emailed you first thing in the morning on Nov 19th, letting you know the hood color combination you needed required a custom hood to be made, which took 4 weeks. On Nov 20th, you let us know to cancel and refund and we did so the same day. Within 2 days of placing the order, we communicated that the order could not be filled by the time needed and refunded you for the entire order. We provided the option to take off the hood and ship the gown, cap and tassel, but you did not ask for that option. Your review states you did need the gown, which we had and offered to ship. If you still need it, please let us know. We can ship out everything but the hood today.

Pleased with our order

Graduation Outlet was easy to work with for our homeschool organization graduation and we received our shipment super fast! The prices are reasonable for a quality set.

The fit on the graduation attire I…

The fit on the graduation attire I ordered was not true to size for me. I measured and ordered correctly, however, it was too tight in the bust area. I had to leave mine robe open in order not to look like a stuffed sausage. It was rather embarrassing, as I had to make a speech.

I am sorry that the gown did not fully zip. The XL gowns take up to a 48" chest. Our gowns are true to size and if the measurement was taken with the clothes you wore under the gown, then a 48" chest would zip to fully close.

Lack of organization

Graduates need to have a call time and practice ahead of time but other than that, it was fine.
