Ordered my lego advent calendar on 9/5 and it never arrived. Supposedly stopped in Lincoln, NE. The company keeps saying to wait until it arrives to identify whether we need a refund. SCAM

Would rate a 0 if I could. Same story as others. Ordered the Halloween Calendar on 9/13 and package tracking has been stopped from 10/10. Asked for updates and have heard nothing. Horrible experience.

I ordered two Halloween advent calendars on 9/5/25 supposedly from Italy. Tracking stopped in Rockford, Illinois on 10/7/2025. Same message as others on here… I received an email back saying thank you for your patience while we notify the carrier and then I’ve heard nothing.

Ordered the Halloween Countdown Lego calendar 9/7/25…..their “tracking” ended on 10/6/25 when it supposedly landed in Nebraska after its long trip from Italy. No tracking after that. It is now 10/17/25. Today after sending them an email they asked me for patience, they are resending my order, please watch for my parcel within next few days. Okay, sure, you’re going to get a replacement to me within days when it’s coming on a slow boat from Italy? Umm, okay. *10/23/25 and still no package. Strangely, there was a fraudulent item on my credit card the same day I ordered, for an inflated amount (similar to another complainant) that I disputed, card closed, item bounced back to vendor. I’m not out any $$ but will gladly pay them if I ever receive the item.

I also ordered 3 Halloween countdown calendars the beginning of September. Nothing ever came and they will not give me my money back. Beware, it is a scam.

I too ordered the Halloween Countdown Calendar. Ordered Sept 6, as of Oct 12... nothing!!! It's complete BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's a total scam.

Looks like I have fallen to the same issue ordered the Lego Halloween advent calendar and still have not received it. They just keep telling me thanks for my patience and they are tracking my order. Thankfully I did my order with PayPal so I will be disputing.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I’d do that. Ordered a time sensitive item for the lead up to Halloween over a month ago. It’s October 8th and still not delivered. They keep telling me it’s on the way and they sent a second package. I don’t believe them. This is a scam.

I ordered from this company over a month ago and I still have not received my order. They also have not responded to my emails. Please do not use this company. Save yourself the headache.

Never trust this company. I've been trying to get them to reimburse me for some nozzles I bought from them in June. I've contacted them numerous times and they continue to tell me I received the product. They have gone as far to tell me to check with the post office and neighbors. They even created a fictional delivery number and said it was delivered at my front door. I know it wasn't because they usually take a picture of the delivery at the door for proof. They failed in every way. I have asked to resend the product or reimburse me but they won't. They keep putting the blame on me. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions???

Ordered 2 items which I never received. Contacted many, many times by email with no solution. They insist the items were delivered and that I have to go after the shipper for a refund. I live in an area where items don’t go missing or get stolen. The items were never delivered. Any legit company would have resent the items.

Received stain remover wipes. Instructions were in Chinese. Did not work Seriously wish your scale offered a zero because they dont even deserve a one star

I ordered Supreme Cream in the color "light" and was sent the color "ivory white" which looks like a white China doll and I am American. The company refuses to refund my money or send a replacement the correct color. They also overcharged me 20 some bucks so I am out almost $50 bucks. They gave some excuse about tariffs. Scam!

SCAM!! I ordered $39.64 after shipping and taxes. After approving it, I was charged $51.34 on my Apple Pay! Do NOT trust this site!!
