Purchased an item from this company on WhatNot auction site, my order was cancelled and they stated it was because they had quality checked before sending and there was a large rip on the item so they were unable to send. The reality was that the item sold for less than they wanted for it so they didn’t honour the sale. They then blocked me and others who questioned their ethics on this matter. I was told by another user that the item was then resold a week or so later, no damage in sight. Shady business, wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

Arrived in 3 days, no issues, out of all 20 all amazing pairs for £8pp no complaints. One tiny mark on one pair, but its vintage! What do you expect.

The parcel arrived at my house so so fast, and it was packed neatly and nothing was too dirty. I washed everything as soon as I got it and I recon 6/9 were in perfect condition however the items that where damaged where quite bad and the main piece which was a north face windbreaker had lots of holes and stains that didint manage to come out I’ve had it up on Vinted for £30 and still haven’t managed to get any offers.

I bought the 6L KG "reseller bundle".

I made the big mistake of ordering a mystery box. It came rather fast but the pieces were mostly Grade B, not washed, had a disgusting smell to them and were full of hair. Those that were washed, had been washed so extensively that the label was falling apart.
On top of all of that it is not packaged as presented in the pictures, but rather stuffed into one box.

Ordered from them 3 Times now and was never dissapointed. 3 Different types of clothes. 3 Different perfect Boxes.
Can only recommend them.

from first contact the customer service was top class , & delivery is rapid . stock is slightly more expensive than other wholesalers for a reason - they sell you the best stuff . ive had carhartt shorts from the 90s , made in USA carhartt jackets , rare FUBU jeans . theres no dipping the bag for their own retail service and I have 0 anxiety that Im going to get ripped off when buying . graded is a disruptor in the wholesale space and they fully deserve the success they are getting . Ive made a lot of money through this company .
