I think shipping took a long time.

The product is as described with vibrant colors. My order was received in good condition and I was updated on every stage of shipping. I love working with glitter and these pens make it so much easier to get that effect. Good product for the money.

The wallet is exactly what I ordered and functions as advertised. The delivery took way longer than expected. My only negative comment has nothing to do with the wallet and is solely my short issue! After using the wallet for a week or so, I’m really sorry that it does not have a way to secure cash! Like I said my issue!

Showed bill clip in ad but mine didn’t have a clip for dollars.

Mouthwash was ordered unintentionally… Sent an email instantly and also through their website trying to cancel the order… Never received a reply for 24 hours and of course by this stage apparently the product had already been sent… Also the mouthwash itself is not not impressive… doesn't do anything like people show on advertising

Delivery was slow. Buckles fit and worked though.

Blouse arrived. It’s clearly linen material and says has to be professionally dry clean. What a joke I want my money back.

This company is not trustworthy. They take your money but never send the product and no matter how many requests are made they continue to insist it was sent but do not give shipping info regarding the carrier or a confirmation number.

Fraudulent. I ordered “ Women's Ribbed Adjustable Wireless Bra Khaki + Black + Brown ( 3 Pcs )_36_D” and on the ad it is a thick material.

The bra came in 20 days later (they said bc of tariffs) and it fits my teen who is a 34A bra size. I requested a refund through paypal

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a weed puller through TikTok shop. I did not realize it was being sourced from this company. They told me my product was delivered a month ago, after I waited almost a month before that. I never received it. I’ve went back and forth with customer service where they just keep telling me to ask the post office or my neighbors, which I told them multiple times I have done. I asked for a refund and they said “we have tried our best to resolve your problem and will report to our manufacturer to improve in the future.” That is NOT resolving my problem. So I’m just out the money.

This company is A FRAUD. I placed an order on April 1, 2025 for 58.00. I have NEVER received my item. I made several contacts via email and each reply was a different excuse. They just stopped correspondence. I have NO item and I am out 58.00. STAY AWAY~

Do NOT ever order from this website. Their customer service is terrible to deal with. The quality of the merchandise is CRAP.

I ordered a $45 item, did not fit & requested to make a return per their website instructions. Graceiful said I can ship back to China at my expense & they would refund me a total of $2.
