product arrived. It was as pictured. The quality was not worthy of the price. The MRP was way overpriced. The 'pearls' are plastic. I hope it doesnt turn green.

Since you have asked for further information, I amhappy to respond. My review was orginally based on the marked thru retail price and the price of the "natural pearl" necklace that captured my attention. As a piece of costume jewelry it may? be worth the price I paid. As for the claim of " natural pearls" for a sale price is not honest marketing. They are not even glass or simulated. They are most likely plastic for they are too light weigh otherwise. My biggest compliant is honesty in advertising. Selling something that looks good in a picture but does not measure up to its 'original price' description is called deception.

The poor quality of the merchandise
It is not about what went wrong. I am very disappointed in the quality of the jewelry. I understand I was purchasing fashion jewelry but certainly was not expecting jewelry in the poorest quality. The advertising is false.
