Grace Removals Group - Townsville Arvostelua

They were all very courteous and professional

Appalling service. Appalling communications. Still waiting 6 weeks later for interstate shipment.

"Grace" acted with integrity and empathy taking me through a fast paced transition and rental relocation in a time of 0.5% rental vacancy rate.
By providing a flexible timeline Grace enabled me to relocate at short notice, without the risk of losing my possessions.
Kind, supportive workers worked with positive attitude to help me move and plan ahead.
Responsible time management ensured I was able to remain calm in a supportive environment.

Great work. Very professional. Recommend without any hesitation.

The Communication, professionalism and cost were excellent. The guys doing the loading and unloading were courteous and friendly. The people in administration were also great and the price was competitive. I would recommend to all, to use these guys services.

Helpful in organising the removal and packing of my house to move interstate. The delivery of my items was prompt and the guys did a great job to unpack

Used Grace Removals twice, once for an interstate move and recently for a local move and couldn't be happier. They attend your property for a site visit and quote accurately for the full task and not on a hourly price.

Staff handle our personal belongings with care. Service from start to finish is excellent and very organised and professional.

The move on the day works seamlessly. A little on the expensive end but you know you are in GREAT hands and the move will be completed with full peace of mind and no damages.

Thank you once again to the Team at Grace Removals - we couldn't be happier with the move and thank you for your expertise

Dave in Townsville was quick to help us get organised and the team he sent out were very friendly and helpful.

Grace helped me relocate the contents of my one bedroom unit from Townsville to Adelaide. The entire process ran smoothly, despite the pandemic, and Grace were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was great from grace. From pick up to drop off everything went smoothly!

Friendly staff & workers, Grace are well organised starting from day one with my quote and the pick up was smooth and quick and drop off was also smooth and quick.
Nothing was damaged and the workers were very helpful with the placement of my furniture.

Thank you.

Nathan our Removalist IS a legend…he packed 2 containers and moved us from Magnetic Island and then 2 weeks later unpacked the containers into our new home….I highly recommend him…moving is stressful however Nathan made it feel like it was a walk in the park…and not one breakage

We did get quoted for our electric golf buggy but ended up towing it ourselves but got no discount

We always use Grace for all of our moves!

They have great teams and Nathan always works hard to make sure everything goes to plan!

Thank you
Nathan and Adrian

The price and service is great as I have had to use them twice this year.
I had to move from Canberra up to Townsville. Then after a couple months my situation changed then I had move down to Sydney.
They even arranged the transport for my 3 cats and having them looked after for a few days as I drove 2500KM+ to my new address.
All the staff are very friendly and professional taking great care of all my belongings with good customer service provided.
I was looking to hire a small truck and do it myself but that would have cost me 3 times as much for the hiring of one.
I would recommend Grace Removals Group to anybody for their moving needs.

We were very impressed with Nathan & Adrian their promptness, cheerfulness and professionalism and nothing was too much trouble.

Came out to inspect my stuff to determine packing volume.
Movers were professional and friendly. Move went as smoothly as might be hoped. Not the cheapest option, nor the most expensive.
Would use again.
