Grace Removals Group - Gold Coast Arvostelua

excellent comunication, care and professioalism

First came Daniel Venables who assessed our jumbled load and got things moving so quickly.
THEN
What we imagined as a horrible experience in loading from a storage room to our new Sydney apartment just didn’t happen. The Gold Coast crew of Jay,Rueben, Jackson,Bali and Rueben’N were superb. Packing what we couldn’t and carefully loading the truck was done swiftly and carefully.
This is our third shift with Grace after the last 5 years and they have never failed us. Great work lads.

From À to Z… easy, professional, friendly and efficient… many thanks 👍👍

Very good experience from start to finish and the removalists them selves are very nice people, highly recommend especially for interstate relocation!

I had an excellent experience and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The team was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was taken care of with great care and efficiency. It’s rare to come across such a high level of dedication and customer focus. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding experience.

From the very beginning of the quoting process to the very end of the pack up and shipping these guy were stellar. We got quotes from 4 other companies. Grace were very competitive. The pack up team were not only lovely guys they were consummate professional that knew their stuff. The whole thing happened very quickly and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

This is the 3rd time we have used Grace they were very good, excellent communication, careful with everything packing and unpacking they deserve 6 stars

The whole team at Grace removals, at pick up and drop off, were amazing. Such kind and considerate staff. Special thank to Paula, Reuben and Nathan.

Exceptional service and follow up from first contact all the way through. Daniel from Gold Coast was brilliant. Wonderful piece of mind knowing the right size truck would be sent based on an in person quote. The movers took incredible care with out belonging, all delivered intact without any damage or breakage (can’t say the same for previous moved with other companies where furniture ended up damaged).
Absolute bonus was the box and port a robes delivery prior to the move (as well as tape and packing paper) and the box collection after we unpacked

We couldn’t fault the team from beginning to end. Helpful efficient cheery and polite.

Grace Removals have been doing many packing and removing jobs for us over the past 15 years. Always professional and the staff and teams are the best we’ve ever had. Always ready to do the necessary things to make our move as smooth and efficient as possible. They are reliable and easy to work with at all times.

Very efficient, professional, careful, and friendly.

end to end focus on customer...from the initial response to a request for quote for a short notice privately funded relocation to the quote manager to the uplift and delivery teams - the whole experience was well well beyond my expectations and i've done ALOT of moving.

We had Peter & Bali come to pack up our house to move overseas. They were on time, both lovely, helpful and very careful when packing our belongings. I would highly recommend Grace Removals

The Team we dealt with from Burleigh on the Gold Coast, were absolutely amazing.
Their service was more than our expectations.

Reliability and professional in every detail

The move from Australia to NZ went so smoothly. From the packers to the removal guys. Then NZ end slight delay but all went smooth. Special thanks to Grace Removals for recommending SendFX for transfer of funds to NZ. Saved us so much money from using a bank and then they gave us a much higher exchange rate. Thanks Daniel.

Easy to deal with, great staff around round.
100% would use them again
They were on time at both ends.

From the beginning Grace Removals were terrific. The guys loading and unloading were extremely caring about our belongings and friendly. The business kept us informed on what was happening from beginning to end, helping us with anything we needed.

From the first call on the Gold Coast and pick to the delivery in Auckland, door to door
