A Great Job
Everyone involved from the initial contact & quote, the careful packing to the final box being unloaded was friendly, helpful & well-organised. Despite the very busy Christmas season, the weather (VERY warm) & difficult manoeuvers encountered everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Seamless service with Excellence
We thought the entire process was seamless. From pick up and drop off we felt our property was well cared for. Josh and Dingo on the Albany end were wonderful. They were helpful and patient esp when I did the “girl thing “ and changed my mind!
Excellent service very happy

COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM
From the initial phone call right through to the final box being unloaded, the staff, service and overall experience was first class.
Ours was not an easy move, staggered over a few days, we had a lot of "Stuff" and numerous artworks and difficult items that they needed to pack and move. NOTHING was too much trouble, the boys even asked at the end of an exhausting move - "is there anything else we can do to help you?" great attitude and much appreciated.
Moving house is stressful - especially when you are working and busy, the Albany TEAM alleviated so many of those stressful moments and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Jamie and Team Albany!!

Worst company to use in the world
Worst company to use in the world. Never ever choose them. They’re expensive and don’t care at all about your items. They delivered a week late and scratched so many of our items. Have zero communication and every man talks to you like you’re rubbish if you have any issues. Please don’t choose them no matter how much they try and persuade you, choose any other company, my partner and I are out almost 500$ because of them. Will also be putting this on Facebook and YouTube to make sure people don’t have to deal with what we have.
