Love the Grabie glitter gel ink pens, BUT,
beware if they stop working. I shook one and ended up with emerald green glitter ink all over me, my clothes, chair, the piece I was working on, my kindle and the wall. Not sure how this is going to end up, just BE AWARE!

Update - after jumping through too many hoops, I finally received a replacement order. The company initially denied that the weird random package was from them, and I had to do a lot of digging and emailing and pushing back, but they finally agreed to send a replacement “as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.” In my opinion, it’s more a gesture of “I paid you $68, your international carrier screwed up, and that’s not my problem, please send me what I paid for.” But, I finally received my pens, and as much as I wanted to hate them because Grabie gave me such a run-around, I must truthfully say these glitter pens are freaking amazing. Coverage is great and the glitter is GORGEOUS. I’m sure I will order these again when they run dry, but I will be prepared for the fight if something goes wrong with the delivery.

Giving three stars because the actual pens are 100% fabulous (five full stars for the pens), but their customer service is not it, not at all.

Ordered two items on January 10. They don’t tell you on the website that the items are being shipped from China! I received a package on January 20, which is pretty good timing, to be fair. Unfortunately, they sent me a…handheld game console? I tried to contact them, received a canned AI reply with pictures of the package on my front porch, but when I responded that they sent me this weird random item (with pictures to show what I received) and not the glitter pens I ordered, I received no reply at all. So I wasted $69 for absolutely no reason. This company is a total scam and has ZERO customer service. Avoid it!

The website was new to me. Easy to navigate. Found some new gel pen colors that I am very pleased with.

On the advertisement it showed not only the little water brushes but also a set of water color brushes coming with the paints. I never got those brushed. I wrote to you asking about it but never got a response. I even commented on your fb ad but got no response. Was disappointing.

These pens are wonderful! Much more juicy that Pilot Frixions, which I've used for almost 20 years. I would definitely choose a Grabie over Frixions these days!

Very questionable company. This is no small art shop, but possibly just a drop shipment from overseas. Items are shipped poorly and feel cheaply made. One came severely damaged. Customer service is slow to respond if they do at all, and the return process is intentionally difficult to deter customers from bothering. Returns do not ship to the company, but to one person in a suite in California.
