Gps Robot doesn't work even you try to write to them they don't respond, I have written to them 3 different times, No response, not my first time to upload the robot, not good to rank a robot that it's among the ten best, to take money they're very first, but customer service very poor. It's my second week robot doing nothing.

Nonexistent customer support. First the broker that they recommended to use was no longer accepting new accounts when I tried to sign up.
The required file for installation is missing from the downloaded zip files.
I contacted customer support a few times regarding this issue, however I never received a reply.
Therefore, now I have to submit a fraud claim to my bank to get my refund. They do advertise a 60-day money back guarantee, however based on their actions so far, I don't trust them, so I am submitting a fraud claim.
I will only consider cancelling my dispute if I receive a reply from them.
I do NOT recommend them.

Paid the money and installed the robot with the recommended settings but was never able to come close to the returns that were promised on the website. 1-2% was the average monthly return. Contacted them sooooo many times to try and resolve the poor returns but just went round in circles for months and eventually I gave up :(

Uso questo EA da 12 mesi. Da allora il Bot è stato perfetto e ha realizzato quasi il 40% del profitto. Il 26 aprile il bot ha aperto un'operazione di inversione, come al solito quando scendo di oltre 920 punti. Il Reversal Trade è 7 volte più grande del volume normale (Volume 100$ = 0.01) Quindi il Trade era aperto a ~15.300, oggi l'euro è a ~16.100 Questo è quasi un Drawdown di 800 punti e per il mio conto un enorme! Il Trade è di 9 giorni uno e chissà quando il trade sarà chiuso. Lo scambio più pesante sul myfxbook dello sviluppatore è di 8 giorni di scambio e un drawdown di 950 punti... Un drawdown di 800 punti è troppo, il "Really Small Drawdown" come dice lo sviluppatore non è reale e puoi perdere tutto con questo bot . stai attento

Reversal trade did not work was on eurusd from buy position to sell position for weeks lot size 8.0 lost everything.
Support services very slow not to my expectation.
Settings of the gps standard.
I advise do not touch this ea it never worked properly.
Ea needs rehacking.

I've had this Robot running 2 full days now and not a single trade. Pretty easy not to blow accounts when it doesn't trade.
