The visa process was fast

The visa process was fast, efficient and transparent. The staff were professional. I am impressed on the Whatsapp service that is their to provide support. I have not seen this in other embassies! Impressive!!

Excellent and fast visa service,
I am very satisfied with the service provided by govr.ae. The visa process was clear, simple, and handled professionally. I received my visa much faster than expected. Everything was efficient and well organized. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a quick and trustworthy visa solution.

Transparency and good customer service relationship.

The process was very straightforward and the follow up from the Visa Department was prompt and on time. It took me a day to get my visa approved and I travelled the following day to visit my sick brother admitted in the ICU at AL QASSIMI HOSPITAL,in Sharjah. I'm great full for your speedy process. Keep up your good job. God bless the Visa Department team.

I had a very smooth and professional experience with govr.ae. The entire UAE e-visa process was clear, fast, and well organized. I received timely updates, and the visa approval was delivered exactly as promised with all the necessary details.

Communication was straightforward, and the instructions provided made everything easy to understand. The document was sent promptly, and the overall process felt secure and reliable.

Highly recommended for anyone applying for a UAE e-visa. Efficient, trustworthy, and professional service.

Not Official webiste, Applied in wrong category.

I applied visa via them. thinking they are UAE govt official website, which it is NOT. For anyone else search for ICP service UAE government to apply via official website rather agents.

They have filled in form wrong, which resulted in Visa Refusal and they are not refunding money either by saying if visa rejected, they can't refund. However in Truth they applied in wrong Category so Visa is meant to be declined, it is their fault and not Immigration Officer.

On Top they charged 205$ whereas official fee is just 200 AED

EDIT 1: Thanks for reply, if you read it carefully. I have mentioned truth only and my Rightful experience. Regarding Category, I have clearly mentioned in my email the purpose of visit yet your team filed under wrong category resulted in refusal. All I am telling people to be Careful and not to get trapped. Thanks.

First, we are not and have never claimed to be an official UAE government website. Our platform clearly states that we are a private travel service provider assisting applicants with visa processing. This information is displayed transparently on our website.

Second, visa categories are selected strictly based on the information and documents provided by the applicant. Applications are submitted exactly according to the details entered by the customer. Visa decisions including refusals are issued solely by UAE immigration authorities.

Third, regarding pricing: the amount charged on our platform includes government fees, processing charges, administrative handling, payment gateway costs, and customer support services. We do not claim to charge only the government fee, as we provide a private service.

We categorically reject the claim that we applied under the “wrong category.” Applications are submitted according to the data provided, and final approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of immigration authorities.
