Horrible Horrible service

Horrible service, not given full transparency. I have strong proof my form wasn't even filled correctly. My name on the Dubai Immigration portal was spelt wrong suggesting other mistakes on my visa application. Very reluctant and AI generated email responses provided when I asked for substantiation of the completed application form and proofs I provided, this is to confirm if these were accurately passed onto Immigration officers. Do not use these cowboys ever

Poor service

It took 6 weeks to received my visa while on the visa was clearly printed that was issue on the next day I submitted the application, which affects my travel plans and I have only 2 weeks to utilize my visa
The agent kept brushing me off by saying due to additional “security checks.” However on the visa it was clearly printed the visa was issued on the next day of submission. Very poor service.

While a visa might be printed with a specific date, the physical release and delivery are sometimes held up by external processing and security procedures beyond our control. However, we clearly could have communicated this better to you.

UAE even in the midst of chaos

With the "war" floods ect going on, i was unsure how long this will take and getting stuck in the middle or with a visa not valid ling enough.
Expensive visa ever, but it was approved within 24hrs and THE BEST SERVICE ever !!!
